kamar queen dan twin bed tidak sesuai janji
saya booking awal untuk 1 queen bed kan. trus dirubah jadi total 5 kamar itu 2 queen bed dan 3 twin bed. pas check in, malah cuma dapet 4 queen bed dan 1 twin bed. kecewa banget sih. apalagi front desk tanya, siapa yg kmr menjanjikan di telp. saya engga tanya namanya, tp yg di telp bilang sudah take notes. padahal saya sudah datang lebih awal untuk early check in. sebaiknya kalau tidak ada, ya diinfokan saat saya telp ya. tidak perlu take notes. jadi saya pikir kan sudah confirm bisa ada 2 queen dan 3 twin bed. trus 1 lagi, lift khusus ke lantai 6, itu ga bisa digunakan, jadi setiap mau ke lantai 6, walaupun sudah membawa kunci kamar lantai 6, saat itu 0619, tapi liftnya ga bisa dipencet walaupun uda scan kartu. jadi harus ke lantai L dulu, minta dibantu petugas. padahal kami 5 kamar, terpisah di 3 lantai berbeda yah. jadi sudah tidak dapat kamar queen dan twin seperti yg dijanjikan, trus sulit untuk bolak balik antar lantai karena kan kita ada ketinggalan barang dan keperluan lainnya. itu aja masukkannya.

Top spot and great value
Location is perfect, right in the center of Jakarta. 5 mins walk to Grand Indonesia. View is great from the room, ask for high floor. Room size is generous, clean and modern. Rate is very good for the location and property. It has a rooftop bar and restaurant too, view is great!

Daerah nya dekat sudirman baru jd kl dari airport mudah sekali. Mkanan breakfast jd enak dengan pemandangan yg spektakular. Malam bs liat fireworks jg, walau maced tp dekat ke GI, gambir, dan mall lain nya.

Breakfast yang menyenangkan
Saya menginap tanggal 28 April 1 hari dan mendapatkan layanan yang efisien. Saya terkesan dengan penyajian breakfast di lantai teratas yang menarik karena bisa melihat kota dari atas. Hidangan bervariasi dan suasananya fresh, yang memberi semangat pagi untuk bekerja. Namun kondisi di sekitar hoel yang sedang ada pembangunan MRT menjadikan agak crowded di sore hari.

lokasi sangat strategis. bisa menuju mall atau bundaran HI cukup dengan jalan kaki. kamar dgn sapce yg efektif namun ditata dgn baik & sangat nyaman. staff saat check in sangat helpful. sayang saat breakfast hari kedua kami agak terlambat & makanan hampir habis namun tidak ada inisiatif staf utk menyajikan ulang (kami hny sarapan bubur dan omelette yg sudah tersaji). overall kami puas dgn sesi menginap di hotel ini.

Lokasi hotel cukup stategis, dekat stasiun Sudirman, Check in dan check out cepat. Tidak terlalu mudah mencari tempat makan di sekitar hotel, kecuali mau makan di sta sudirman. Breakfast lumayan bervariasi. Kamar hotel tidak dibersihkan jika tidak diminta.

Overall was good, clean room, convenient location where train station just right infront and walkable to Grand Indonesia mall, helpful staffs :) The only thing to improve is the bathroom amenities are incomplete, and also they don't provide iron to the room.

空港鉄道の新スディルマン駅、市内鉄道、MRT、地下鉄などの駅に近いので、ジャカルタで泊まる時は必ず利用します。朝食もとてもしっかりしています。設備については、この値段だったら、こんなものでしょうか。

空港からの新スディルマン駅の目の前、市内電車や地下鉄、トランスジャカルタの乗り場も近くて、便利なので使っています。 朝食としっかりして種類も豊富です。 バスタブと冷蔵庫が無く、ナイトガウンなフェイスタオルがありません。そこも持って行けば問題ありません。

トランスジャカルタ、MRTの駅に近く、出かけるのに大変便利な立地です。 部屋も快適でベッドも大変寝心地がよかったです。朝食も品数はそれほど多くはありませんが、どれもおいしくいただきました。水は廊下のウォーターサーバーがありがたかったですが、残念ながら冷たくはありません。 シャワーの水圧が弱いのと、冷蔵庫がなかった点が残念なところ。近くにコンビニはたくさんありますが、ビールなどのお酒は売っていません。庶民的なスーパーも近くにはないので、徒歩7~8分ほどのグランドインドネシアの地下にあるスーパーで購入。ホテルで1000Rpで氷を部屋に運んでもらい、冷たいドリンクを飲むことができました。 トランスジャカルタで市内の大体の名所は回れます。動物園にも乗り換えなしで行けました。初めてのジャカルタ滞在でしたが、このホテルを選んでよかったと思います。

The hotel is a convenient location in central Jakarta, about 45 minutes from airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly in general, and in securing transportation. Nice rooftop restaurant with great views!

Overall I enjoyed the stay for 2 nights as staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok. Great place for airport train as station literally beside it. Even the big shopping mall is like 10 mins away. View from rooftop day or night is lovely to see but if you need to order food here as better to go to mall with their array of restaurants as better value unless they change the menu or be more competitive in pricing. Room was clean and comfy so overall I would give it a 7 but would be an 8/9 if food was better (outside breakfast times)

ジャカルタ観光に行った際に利用しました。 鉄道の駅から５分以内にあり便利で、周りは綺麗なオフィス街です。綺麗なオフィス街なので、近隣にはあまり飲食店が少ないのが難点ですが、グラブタクシーやバイクで移動には非常に便利な場所です。 朝食はパンケーキとワッフル以外はおいしく頂きました。パンケーキとワッフルは食べないほうがいいと思います。

We enjoyed our stay, we were on Junior suite room, the room is very nice, has city views. The only thing we were little bit disappointed was, no one let us know that the breakfast has been relocated to the reception, it was a bit crowded, were seating at the sofa sharing the tables with others

Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het dakterras over de skyline van Jakarta BNI center. Vriendelijke en behulpzaam personeel, uitstekende ligging ten opzichte van diverse shopping malls en openbaar vervoer. Station naar luchthaven op 5 minuten loopafstand, binnen het uur ben je vanaf hier op het vliegveld.
