Staff yg tidak ramah sedikitpun.
Hotel cukup bagus, tp staff tidak menunjukan keramahan, bgitu juga dg staff di front desk, tidak tersenyum sedikitpun ketika berhadapan dg tamu. Waktu itu kami membawa durian yg kami juga ragu untuk bisa dibawa ke kamar hotel, tp ternyata security sangat tdk awas dengan barang- barang apa yg lewat di dpn mereka bahkan ketika masuk camera sensor. Ketika kami tanya tamu yg mana yg complain krna bau durian ? Mereka tdk bisa menjawab,rupanya mereka baru sadar dan merasa kecolongan setelah beberapa jam kemudian, bagaimana jika yg lolos security adalah barang berbahaya lainnya ? Bagaimana keamanan tamu lain selanjutnya ?

Clean room, great location very close to thamrin city shopping center. Breakfast is amazing lots of options that I Iook forward for breakfast every morning. The staff made you feel welcome they are very friendly, professional and very helpful. I also stayed at other hotels while I'm in jakarta but overall Le Meridien hotel is the one that leave me a good impression. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was excellent. Superb breakfast buffet and close by to amenities like shopping malls and restaurants. It's situated in central Jakarta. The only negatives were when I checked in well after 4 pm the room was not ready and had to wait for nearly an hour but was treated to a complimentary coffee. Also the night before I checked out I requested for an extended check out for 2pm and this was agreed. The following day I was harrassed by the reception at 12 pm to check out and was informed that the latest time to check out was 1 pm. This caused me unnecessary stress as I agreed a 2 pm check out. To their credit the duty manager arranged for me to have a complimentary coffee in their club bar and also offered me a room to have a shower which I declined!

Team not proactive enough.
Doorlock was spoilt and working only intermittently. The hotel team did not proactively fix the problem and the following day I was still stuck outside. It is quite frustrating after a long day. Overall service was good though.
