Kecewa sekali
Kamar yg non-smoking, tapi bau rokok. Banyak Tong sampah yg penuh dgn sampah di depan pintu kamar, tapi tidak dibersihkan oleh petugas sehingga bau. Pagi2 tetangga kamar membuka pintu kamar dan menyalakan lagu sangat kencang. Keadaan dinding kamar kotor dan saklar lampu kotor berdaki. Kasur tempat tidur tidak nyaman karena sewaktu tidur, kasur masuk ke dalam. Banyak bentolan ditangan saya dan gatal sekali, akibat digigit kutu atau serangga.

Saya menginap di sini utk transit semalam. Begitu mendarat saya langsung menuju meeting point yaitu di jalur 2 dekat halte damri. Tapi setelah menunggu 30 menit shuttle bus tdk dtg juga seperti yg sdh dijanjikan. Saat saya telepon managernya juga sambutannya kurang baik , dg alasan staf yg disuruh menjemput sibuk menjemput tamu. Krn sudah larut malam dan besok jam 4 pagi saya harus ke airport lagi, maka akhirnya saya memutuskan naik taxi menuju hotel. Sampai di resepsionis, ternyata petugasnya pingsan alias tertidur. Benar2 pengalaman pertama yg kurang berkesan. Semoga setelah ini Zest hotel akan menjadi lebih baik.

Perfect for a short stay, very kind staff and clean rooms. There is a small mall connected to the hotel that has everything you need, so you don’t need to go into Jakarta if you don’t want to. Only downside was that the keycard to our room reset everyday, however that was fixed quickly by the receptionists so no big deal. And because of the pictures we tought there would be a pool :( but we should have read better.

We only stayed one night in between our flights. The hotel was quite loud and not very clean. However, it was a convenient location close to the airport and quite cheap.

Started here on an overnight layover. The free airport shuttle service runs every hour which is very convenient. The instructions I got for catching the shuttle at the airport wasn’t intuitive and I ended up wandering around the airport for nearly 2 hours trying to find it.

For me, this place was a bit disappointing. The term “you get what you pay for” clearly comes to mind. The walls are very thin & I don’t think there was a single moment of peace and quiet. There is a shuttle bus (which I paid for in advance) but it was no where to be found, after 1 hr I finally got ahold of them for a ride. I also paid for breakfast but they had no vegetarian options. You also have to pay for parking for any driver that comes to you. Seems from the reviews this place works for a lot of people, but for me it was just a hassle - I ended up changing hotels.

For your information, we have provided complimentary shuttle service to and from Soekarno Hatta Airport every 2 hours for our guests pick up transportation at their earliest convenience, which you have already used during your arrival. We also provide flexible time to pick up our guest at the airport according to their flight schedule. Our room booking system also clearly has stated that we receive room booking reservation with no shuttle payment in advance. In addition, we are also an integrated area of mall and hotel, therefore, every public vehicles entering the area will get the parking charge. Referring to your disappointment of the breakfast selection, we would also like to mention that Zest Hotel Airport Jakarta is a select service accommodation. It is Zest what more could I say. Their customer service is one of the best I ever seen. The food was excellent and the service great. One thing did stand out to me was management. Watching Managements bus tables and working at the reception desk again let know how Zest and it Sister Hotel will go to extremes to see to their guest. モールと隣接しており、便利なホテルだと思います。フライトが早い場合に安くで泊まりたいという場合は、こちらのホテルで十分だと思います。

This hotel is near the Airport and some restaurants next door. The Airport staff is not that friendly and welcoming. He asked me to wait but then asked me to get in the big bus. I felt like a ball thrown here and there. I was just tired and jetlagged from long flight. The bed is pretty comfy but the towels looked like rags. So gross. The breakfast starts at 4 am where I need to be at the Airport at 4 am so I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast. They should have breakfast starts at 3 am like other hotels. There was nothing that impressed me. They put my room near the elevator so so much noise and I couldn't sleep. The staff is not that friendly. It lacked of smiles. Next time, I will stay other hotels around with the price that I paid.

Dining experience was not good Had to wait almost 45 min for the beer and food which was a simple dish of fried rice
