When I saw how dirty was the bathroom and that there was no light from the outside ( the room looks like a prison cell), I called hotels.com immediately to cancel my booking for the 5 remaining nights. Due to the location, external noise can be an issue and stairs to the upper levels may problematic for the elderly. All the same I would definitely stay again. "
