"Bei dem Check in erfuhren wir dass das Hotel überbucht war, und wir wurden in einem Nachbar Nachbar Hotel untergebracht. Dieses war allerdings sehr gut und hatte sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Das Hotel Villa Puspa ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das Preis-leistungsverhältnis ist OK. "

"We knew the property was remote but assumed there would be food available on site. This has not been the case since Covid. Management did not advise of this. There is a communal kitchen, which on arrival was poorly maintained to our disappointment. There was no dishwashing liquid or cleaning sponge and the blender was sitting out dirty. Management organised a scoter, but IDR (cash) is the only way to pay for groceries, petrol and most things in the area. So be cashed up and bring meal supplies....

"We had an excellent stay at the three-bedroom villa. The house is better in reality. It is very spacious and comfortable, well furnished, and the pool area is really pleasant bordering rice fields. The property manager and staff are very helpful. The only minus is the beach, which is quite unusable due to rubbish. You can walk on the beach but you cannot really sun bath or swim. I would definitely go back. "
