This property is without a doubt one of the most beautiful and luxurious places I have stayed in. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The grounds are like the garden of Eden. We ate most of our meals on site and the food was very tasty and there was nightly entertainment. The facility is located on Jimbaran Bay, so each evening there is a beautiful sunset. We stayed here twice for three nights, ten days apart. The first stay it was windy and you couldn’t use the beach because of the trash washing up on shore despite a crew cleaning up. The second stay there was minimal wind and the bay and beach were pristine.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. Great location right at the Jimbaran beach (best beach in Bali in my mind - long, wide and clean and always sunny, even when rest of Bali is rainy. Staff and service is impeccable. Breakfast is fresh and delicious with a lot of options. Staff was super helpful arranging us various tours and dinners. Would definitely come back!

2023년 8월 중순 후기 신혼여행을 발리로 간다면 이 호텔을 적극 추천한다. 발리 일정 중 호텔에 하루종일 머물렀던 건 이 호텔이 유일하다. 스페인 마요르카 벨몬드 호텔에서 좋은 기억이 있어 발리에 머무는 동안에도 벨몬드를 꼭 묵고 싶었는데, 최고의 선택이었다. 1. 매우 친절한 서비스, 마지막 날 샤워 서비스 스태프 분들 (특히, 까를로스!!)이 정말 친절하셨다. 체크인 시간보다 조금 호텔에 일찍 도착했더니, 룸이 아직 준비가 안되어 있어 조식을 이용할 수 있게 해주었는데 환대가 참 좋았다. 가장 인상적이었던 건 체크아웃 후 짐을 맡기고 밖에서 놀다가 짐 찾고 공항가는 밤 비행기 스케줄이었는데, 짐 찾으러 올 때 좀 일찍 오면 샤워 서비스 이용 가능하다고 프론트 직원이 안내해줬다. 프론트 직원이 알려주지 않았다면 몰랐을텐데, 심지어 비어있는 방을 내어주는 서비스라, 깨끗하게 씻고 어메니티도 이용했다. 호의에 감사한 마음에 우리도 샤워하는 동안 물을 튀기지 않으려고 하고 수건도 적게 사용하며 깨끗하게 이용했다. (앞으로도 깨끗히 이용하는 게스트만 있어서 이 서비스가 계속 유지되면 좋겠다.) 2. 방으로 가져다주는 조식 서비스 전날 밤 11시 이전까지 원하는 조식 옵션을 체크하고 외부 출입문에 걸어두면 다음날 원하는 시간에 조식이 딜리버리 된다. 모든 조식이 맛있었는데, 인도네시안 미고랭은 꼭 드셔보시길! 바나나 튀김의 조식메뉴도 꼭꼭 1인당 1접시씩 드셔보세요! 3. 어매니티의 퀄리티가 좋음 수건에서 좋은 냄새가 나고, 프라이빗 비치를 갈 때 가져갈 수 있도록 라탄가방이 있다. 비치타올은 디자인도 이뻐서 사진도 잘 나온다. 추가적으로 남자 면도기가 너무 퀄리티가 좋아서 잘 이용했다. 4. 프리이빗 비치에서 선셋을 보며 먹는 저녁은 환상적 (단, 모기 주의) 벨몬드에 묵는다면, 저녁은 호텔에서 꼭 드셔야한다. 미리 예약하면 더 좋은 자리(바다와 가까운 앞자리)에 앉을 수 있다. 라비올리가 정말 맛있었고, 인도네시안 요리 중에 코코넛 수프와 밥이 같이 나오는 요리는 진짜 한국인 입맛에도 잘 맞아서 다 먹었다. 선셋을 보며 먹는 저녁은 아직도 기억에 난다. 프라이빗 비치라 조용하기 때문에 5:30부터 착석 하고 빈땅 한잔 하면서 노을 보기를 추천드린다. 다른 비치클럽들은 테이블 차지에 양도 적은데, 여기서 푸짐하게 먹으면 그 정도 가격 나온다. 벨몬드에서 먹는것이 맛도 좋고 조용하고 경치도 훨씬 좋다. 단 모기가 좀 많다. 미리 모기 기피제 뿌리고 나가시길 추천! (호텔에 물어보면 챙겨줌) 5. 풀빌라와 메인 수영장 수심이 깊어서 어른들도 재밌게 수영이 가능 우리는 수영을 좋아하는데 풀빌라의 수심이 1.5미터로 꽤나 깊어서 다이빙도 하고 재밌게 놀았다. 메인 풀장도 얕은 수심에서 2미터까지 있어서 수영을 시원하게 할 수 있다. 풀빌라는 정말 추천한다. 6. 공항에서 차로 15분 정도로 가까워서 마지막 숙박으로 최고 강추! 발리에서 마지막 일정으로 이 호텔을 무조건 추천한다.

Excellent service
Hotel was the perfect place to end 2 weeks in Bali with chill time. Located directly on the beach, with the most amazing sunset, you could easily spend days here reading books and being attended to by the excellent staff who always went above and beyond. Only things I would consider changing: the hotel was built a long time ago, and our room could have done with more plug sockets to accommodate all the devices that modern travellers have with them, bathroom could also do with a power outlet for the hairdryer, and there could be a central control system for the lights in the room. Overall, an excellent stay! Will definitely stay again if back in Bali.

Fantastisk hotel, helt fantastisk, servicen fra arbeidere var noe av det beste jeg har noen sinne sett. Vi var her for vårt bryluppsreise og det var utrolig hyggelig. Vi fikk en oppgradering på rommet, villaen var fantastisk med kveldste og desert. Vi fikk romservice to ganger per dag, derved så rommet vårt alltid fint ut og klar til dag eller natt. Frokost var kjempe godt og hvis du har en aktivitet tidlig på morgen slik at du ikke rekker frokost kan du bare spørre om å få en pakket frokost med alt fersk laget, med frukt, desert og hovedrett i frokosten. Hotellet er utrolig nærme havet og strand derfor er det fint plassert for å slappe av og kose seg.

Incredible hotel located on the edge of Jimbaran beach. The luxury villas have a very nice swimming pool and a well-kept garden. The interior of the villa is very comfortable with a large living room, a dining room and a luxurious bathroom. The king size bed is very comfortable. The hotel's huge swimming pool is just a few meters from the beach. There is a restaurant on the beach where you can watch the sunset while enjoying excellent food. The breakfast is truly amazing. The service is high quality, butlers pay particular attention to customer satisfaction. I recommend this hotel.

This is a beautiful property and had a lot to offer. Everything is clean and well manicured. The staff was very attentive, the yoga instructor, Yuli, was just lovely. The breakfast is a nice spread. Had dinner at the restaurant twice and it was good to excellent quality/taste. The only disappointing thing was that the front desk staff person who showed me my room seemed to Benin a hurry or annoyed. She did not give me a complete tour of the room and amenities and I had to call the front desk multiple times for assistance with things I should have been informed about beforehand.

Beautiful property and beach. Room was lovely and amenities were great. Breakfast was delicious, as was our dinner on the beach just a few steps from the waves. Staff couldn't be nicer. Temple ceremony and traditional dance were wonderful. We are planning a return trip and will definitely stay here again.

love pool and restaurant, friendly staff, but room
The hotel is an old hotel with best location on the beach. It was a family trip with two toddlers, we were staying at the cottage suite. Love the restaurant - good food with best view possible, Love the pool - big and kids friendly, The room is a bit outdated, and you could find spiders, gecko, and ants in the room, it's not their fault, they were there before humans are, but i am a bit frighten.

Indeed, being a tropical resort with a large garden we do have seasonal insects and other little tropical animals. Our gardeners team regularly clean and trim the garden, ponds and perform regular mosquito fogging. Each room is equipped with mosquito net and insect repellent lotion are available in each room. Beautiful property, very well maintained grounds and super friendly staff. For my birthday we arranged with the restaurant to have a beautiful and romantic dinner on the sand with candles and roses. It turned out lovely 😊 ♥️

Well its the whole experience , old Bali style for those that visited in the 70s and 80s . I love the gardens and the wildlife , the fantastic beach walks in the morning to watch the fishing village bring in the boats and " happy hour " in the afternoon to watch the wedding photo shoots . I just love it all :)
