Hotel Citrus letak strategis di sebelah JB Sentral
Hotel Citrus letak sangat strategis, posisi tepat di sebelah City Square Mall. sedangkan City Square mall sendiri bersebelahan dan menyambung dgn JB Sentral / Custom. Jadi bagi yg mau menyeberang ke Singapore, boleh dipertimbangkan untuk menginap di sini. Kamar cukup bersih dan tersedia lift, saluran TV lumayan banyak dan jernih. Kecepatan internet yang harus ditingkatkan. Kekurangannya tidak ada refill minuman dari hotel, dan tidak ada sarapan. Aksesories kamar mandi banyak terbuat dari kaca, sehingga pengunjung harus berhati2. Ada baiknya pihak Hotel mengurangi material kaca terutama di kamar mandi. Staff yang ramah, dan manager Mr Dave yang baik, melengkapi rasa nyaman di Hotel ini. Tersedia banyak tempat makan di sekitar hotel.

Hotel murah di lokasi strategis
Hotel murah dengan lokasi strategis di pusat kota...breakfast enak...pelayanan dari staff hotel memuaskan..dekat ke mall...tidak sulit mencari makanan di malam hari..hanya saja kamar agak bau apek dan wifi sulit tersambung..tapi secara keseluruhan...menyenangkan menginap di citrus hotel.

値段相応で寝るだけなら駅近で良い。チェックイン開始1時間前に到着したが、チェックインできたのはとても良かった!隣はショッピングセンターだし、食べるには困らない。朝食も美味しかった。

Price has increased recently. No discount for Expedia member. My room was at level 2, and there were water splashing sound throughout the night.

My hotel experience..
Very convenient n close to City Square. Washing basin in toilet leaks.. Room interior is very classic n clean. Hall to the room is a bit smelly. Overall, it is a value for money staying.

Very good location, directly across the road from City Square Mall. For the price of the room I would think the location and basic amenities made up for it. (they provide toothbrush, towels, shower gel etc - the basic necessities) Rooms were basic, there was stains on the bedsheet and mould in some corners of the bathroom. The walls are quite thin so you would hear others walking or talking along the corridor. Sufficient for a short stay considering the price.

Friendly counter staff 1 Malay lady (14/11 at counter) Indian man (15/11 at counter) Room air-con needs to be serviced. Not that cold - near the bed area Technician came to see, but he couldn't do much. He helped me to push the bed - nearer to air-con. Technician - very friendly young man

Irresponsible hotel and bad stay
Wasn't able to check in until 4+ am due to power shutdown. Wasted my money on booking for one night stay when I only managed to check in at close to 5am and check out at 9am as I needed a stay over before moving for next destination. The lobby was filled with people sleeping on the sofa because they couldn't enter the rooms to sleep. Wanted the hotel to refund but they rejected and said it was not their issue for the power shutdown. It wasn't my issue as well please. I paid for the whole night stay without any compensation. I bought the breakfast buffet as well but it was another waste of money. They only have one soup, nasi lemak, kuay teow, bread and omelette. Such limited choices, you would rather walk out and eat elsewhere cheaper and nicer.

I got a windowless room, despite picking a room depicted online as having a window. The trash can had not been emptied. The air conditioner tried, but never got the room actually cool. The walls were thin and so I could hear all the noise happening in the hallway

Location is perfect
Hotel location is convenient, just across the road from Maybank City Square. Room is small 17sqm but comfortable. There is a hair dryer as well as an electric kettle.

Clean and good location, forget the buffet breakfa
Very enjoyable stay The room is clean and tidy, not noisy overnight, and location is excellent convenient. Easily reach hawker nearby and gate to Singapore within 10 minutes walk But the breakfast can skip, 20 MYR definitely have better choice
