Single staff working at the front desk. Unable to leave your your luggage if you arrive at the Hotel before 2pm. Only can check in after 2pm, not 130pm or 150pm. Noisy environment, if you are a light sleeper... Lift access to room at any level can be access by anyone without the need for Hotel card access.

This is a simple hotel in right in Mt Austin. The hotel itself is fairly simple but good value for money. Hotel staff seemed quite absent but for this price I think you can't expect much more.

Unlikely to return again, room in poor condition
Service was subpar - arrived at 1.45pm and requested for check in, receptionist didn't even bother to look for our reservation and straight out told us check in time only 2pm onwards, and when we returned at 2.10pm, the same receptionist then told us she'll look at our reservation first, but cannot guarantee a room as the rooms on third floor are not ready yet. When we finally checked in to our room, the room was dusty, toilet floor was partially wet and lack basic amenities such as fridge, safe, and even hand towels.

The hotel design is great and very comfortable but the club at the back is noisy

Good location and staff is friendly. They have a 24 hours counter refreshment bar at lobby with coffee tea and biscuits. Toilet can be improved but overall still good. They offered to keep your bags for late checkout

Great service staff and in general a very clean and new hotel. Except that the TV's cannot be connected to internet and for some odd reason, sink do not have hand soap.

Room with thin wall caused the bad sound proof condition and advised not to choose the room facing behind the shop lots as the ventilation hose from one of the shop outside is spoilt, noisy sound will happen from beginning of dinner time until around 11PM.

New hotel, but Noisy room
If you are light sleeper can’t stay in this hotel. Because karaoke in same building quite noisy. WIFI is terrible. Most Channels keep loading. The good thing was hotel is new. Room is without room slippers and safety box.

Location was good. The room looks nice but the sound proof was so bad that people singing KTV at lvl 2 i can hear it day & night. The room got no fridge, no bedroom slippers, only 1 towel for each guest, i think at least to have a fridge is important.

The hotel is clean and nice. Staff was friendly as well. :) The karaoke room was a level below us and we could hear whoever was singing throughout the nice. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay at. :)

Good location and lovely room. The shower head needs to be adjusted though. If the water pressure is too high it tends to leak out of the bathroom

Very satisfied with the accommodation. Overall is 9/10 star. 1 missing star because there is so much problem with parking. Should reserved parking for guest hotel.
