" I came to Penang to register my daughter into USM. It’s a great choice. It’s near to USM around 15mins. Car can park inside hotel with gates for FREE. speedmart 100meter, waking distance for local food. Becareful they lock the gate at 12midnight for security ."

"(1) Room Air Conditioner is leaking. (2) The open spaces beside the house were covered with weeds. (3) The furniture is too old. (4) The door behind the house was no lock and there was no sense of security. (5) There's no air conditioning in the living room. (6) Wifi speed very slow."
