"私は日本人ですが、10年ぶりの海外旅行で、言葉が通じるか緊張していました。 ホテル内のディズニーショップでは、日本語を話せる女性スタッフが2人ほど話しかけてくれて、割引の説明などしてくれてとても親切でした。他にも「日本人大好き！」と声をかけてくれた日本語勉強中の男性スタッフがいて、お喋りできてたのしかったです。 このホテルは、業務的なスタッフと、暖かいスタッフの差が結構あると思いました。 日本のディズニー公式ホテルのおもてなしに慣れていると、不親切に感じでしまう場面も多々ありましたが、その中でも優しいスタッフとの交流が嬉しかったです。 お部屋はとても広く、ホテル全体が良い香りで快適に過ごせました。"

"駅から近く、周辺にレストラン、スーパーマーケットがありとても便利です。 お水はレセプションでいただけますし、使い捨ての室内スリッパを部屋に置いてくれてました。 部屋によるかもしれませんがバスタブはなくシャワールームでした（リンスインシャンプーとボディソープあり） 部屋はツインでしたが正直狭いです。良く言えばコンパクトにまとめられてる。家族旅行だったので狭くても大丈夫でしたが、友達とだったらストレスを感じるかも。 Expediaではコインランドリーありとなってましたが、ホテル内にはありませんでした。ランドリーサービスはあります。道を渡った所にコインランドリー店がありました。 綺麗だし、値段を考えると結果は良かったと思います。お勧め出来ます！ "
