"Everything about the accommodation was excellent, especially the staff! Despite the communication struggles, they were very helpful and provided great service during my stay. The free shuttle service to the ski resort was also extremely useful as they would drive you to your desired resort and pick you up at your specified time. "It was my first time in a ryokan and it didn't deceive me. All was perfect from the typical Japanese room with tatami, futon,... to the onsen. The dinner and the breakfast were each time different with lot of really good Japanese products. I feel more Japanese after this night than before !"

"清潔で綺麗なホテルでした。 このサイトでは素泊まりプランしかなかったのが残念でした。。。 前日にホテルへ相談したところ、+5000円/人で夕食と朝食を後からつけることができ、現地では朝夕ともに個室で美味しくいただきました。 温泉も24時間入れるため、滞在中に何度も入りました。他の方のレビューにもあるように、露天風呂の温度は少し低かったですが、温水プールと思えば問題無しでした笑。一応、風呂の上の方に温かいお湯が溜まっているため、手でかき混ぜると全体的に暖かくなります。 また今回は貸切風呂も利用してみました（写真アップしときます）。 全般的にはかなり良かったと思いますので、また利用させていただきます。"

"Rakuten villa nikko is like my dreamhouse. Everything you can possibly need are provided. The villa itself makes for a perfect vacation villa with breakfast on the lanai, beautiful TV and sofa area, wonderful setting, sauna and onsen bath. The relaxation area outside the bath smells like you are in the forest! My only complaint would be the checkin email which was never sent. As we need it to get inside the villa. If it was sent automatically, everything would be perfect."
