When I booked the hotel, it was for Fox lite, then I received an email stating that its upgraded to Citadines. When I went to the hotel after a long day of work to check in, to my surprise i was told that there is no booking on my name. Despite me giving my itinerary number, and showed the email that I received, I had to wait close to 30 minutes for the receptionist to sort out my room. The bathroom wasn't all that clean. If Fox lite is unable to accommodate the guests due to renovation, they shouldn't be selling the rooms online. overall, its an unpleasant experience for me.
