Liked nothing about Ibis, no one should book them seriously very bad service and hotel was not good at all. Very basic, tv had no chromecast and wasnt even smart tv, had limited option to watch anything. In expedia it didnt mention that we need to pay 10 rm tourist tax and when we gave them 50 rm we thought it would be a refunded back which the check-in staff never told. Thats a rip off as you already pay so much to stay in a bad hotel and plus have to pay extra. Pool was small, food had no variety, didnt even have daily housekeeping, we requested the person once to do it and he didnt understand English. Sometimes the housekeeping would come late in afternoon when we are in the room and due to that twice when we wanted to rest we had to go and wait in the lobby so that our room can get cleaned. The inside duvet had stain on it, i placed the sign to get it replaced but they didnt do it, for five days it was the same. Disgusting place

Very welcoming, great views from pool and sky bar. Shower was great. Location was great, good idea to walk to Twin Towers as soon as possible in morning or first evening to understand your location and avoid the heat. We wished we saw the night show fireworks. We did a cultural tour which was well worth the money

Overall it is a good hotel for short stays. I was disappointed that the pool wasn’t working. WiFi works very well. It is close to Petronas towers.

We were from San Francisco. Room was excellent fresh and clean , shower was so strong and not, had free drinking water service daily, AC is good, bed was comfortable ! Recommended for booking this hotel!👍😀

Very friendly check in staff. Polite and helpful. Nothing was ever too much for them. Checkin was also reasonably fast which is great after a tiring long flight. The beds are super comfy and the hot showers were a dream. Plenty of water flow and large shower recess. No shower over bath rubbish in this hotel.i highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed there only 1 night, but everything was very good. The room is clean, modern design with safe inside. Check in was good, but we waited like 15 minutes for our turn to come, because it was crowded, a long line in front of us. Overall very satisfied.

最寄駅から歩いて近いこと、を前提に考えると少し不便に感じるかもしれないがGrabでの移動を前提に考えるなら非常に良いホテルである。KLセントラルからGrabで20分くらいの距離(10~20RM、時間帯による)であり、個人的には便利な場所にあると思う。徒歩圏内にSliaKLCC、ペトロナスツインタワーがあるので観光的にも便利であろう。 簡易なトレーニングジムとプールが最上階に設置されているので快適であった。部屋もスペースにゆとりがあり最低限のアメニティが付属されているので充分と言える。

Eher für Business-Reisen geeignet. Zimmer sind ok, allerdings hellhörig. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar nah an Petronas-Towers aber das war auch schon. Nur Hochhäuser. Empfehlenswert wäre eine Unterkunft in der Nähe der Chinatown. Gute Metro-Verbindung vorhanden. Der Pool ist zum kurzen Reinspringen geeignet, mehr aber nicht. Kaum Sitzmöglichkeiten, lädt aber dazu auch nicht ein. Somit keine Möglichkeit irgendwo zu entspannen.

Very noisy
Rooms were ok but with very thin walls so it was incredibly noisy. I had to complain about the room next door once who thought that playing bagpipes on to really loud at 12.30am was a good idea. In two occasions someone attempted to go out the fire exit, resulting in alarms going off. With one instance I had to go to reception to beg them to turn it off after it had rung for ages late at night. Housekeeping was poor. Tea and coffee were not replaced for three nights out of my five night stay. Bathroom cleaning was lacking, with the mirror filthy. Very few towels were provided including none for the floor. Breakfast was a good spread but very geared towards locals than visitors. Overall this hotel should have been fine but the noise and poor housekeeping let it down. After several nights of no sleep due to noise, I won’t be returning.

I enjoyed the hotel. Beds were comfortable. Hot water & water pressure were excellent. These were the negatives- Room phone never worked despite letting the front desk know. Doorbell did not work. Door card keys kept stop working each day causing us to head back downstairs to get it fixed again and again. Internet kept going out throughout the day. Hard to get some work done with spotty Internet.

Wi-fi não funciona nos quartos, fotos não condizem com a realidade. A vista da piscina, por exemplo, é bem diferente do que é mostrado nas fotos.

-Breakfast terrible for vegetarians. No peanut butter, cheese, honey etc. Only one kind of jelly. Gets very crowded. -South Indian corner (vegetarian) is available but all items are dry and/or cold. Sambhar is tasteless. - I will recommend vegetarians don't buy breakfast option. There is a 7/11 and Indian restaurant across the street. - Lots of fast food restaurants(Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Subway, Nando's etc) in Avenue K Mall (10 minutes walk-Across from Petronas Tower and Suria KLCC). -There is a money exchange also in the same place and a bank 2 minutes walk from hotel (Towards Petronas Towers) will give you good rate too. - Wait staff in the breakfast area really not much helpful because it is so crowded. - Front desk staff is excellent. Fredzelyn (Spelling?) and Joy are absolutely fabulous. Thank you.
