Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area.

Overall a great place to stay. Would have liked an information book in room explaining what facilities were available and where to find them. Instructions for washing machine would also have been appreciated.

Great apartment hotel in Kuala Lumpur Maylasia. Had everything we needed including a kitchen and clothes washer/dryer.

The condo was extremely beautiful and modern. Nice furniture the bathroom was very well built and good taste. The kitchen was extremely well designed, the view from my bedroom and the pool and gym was fantastic, the staff was very kind especially Eason who gave me my money back . What I did not like fighting to get my money back $200 and giving me wrong email address to complain?? And I am sure will never receive a respond from you?? This is the part I don’t like ? You try to steal money from tourists because office is close ? So what happens when you leave during the night or early in the morning? You receive my complaint by mail hoping to hear from you ? I Doubt I will receive something from you?

- Key card provided didn’t allow us to get through the parking gate at midnight upon arrival and was accused by the staff of getting in using another guest’s key access. We had booked two rooms, the first group checked in at 3 pm and my group arrived at midnight. Reception was no longer in service at that hour, so the first group handed us our key card for parking. Our key didn’t work so we had to use first group’s card to tap in. Even leaving the property, second group’s card couldn’t work and was stuck at the gate of the parking lot. - Key card issue, no access to 69th floor and the gym. Got locked out from our room before check out time at 12 pm. - Low water pressure in the shower. - AC in the main room doesn’t work. - Towel hanger was not secured to the wall, fell off upon putting towel on. Third time staying with Star Suite. This will my our last time. Paid in full without the proper enjoyment of the amenities.

Generally, the apartment is clean and comfortable. Impressed that the fridge is so clean. The two super single beds were very comfortable. The other room with queen bed, mattress was uncomfortable…seems hollow at some spot. 4 of us stayed in the unit. The toilet was attached to the room with two super single beds. This made it a little inconvenient for the other two travel mates to use the toilet. Might be better if the toilet is separated from the two bedrooms.

Very pleasant stay with spacious, cooling and clean room, great view, convenient location at KLCC with just around 6-8mins walk to Suria KLCC and KLCC LRT, not to mention friendly and helpful receptionists. Thank you very much for the memorable stay.

쇼핑몰과 가까운 편이고, 조용하나 주변이 어둡거나 위험해보이지 않아 좋았음. 관광객들 많이 가는 싼 동네나 야시장과는 거리가 좀 있음

Amazing hotel, our second stay here. Great amenities in and outside the rooms. If you have the option to pay for a room with the view of the towers i highly suggest doing so.

Hotel bien situado
Hotel muy bien situado para ver las torres Petronas de cerca. Habitación muy grande, muy equipada, limpia. El baño olía a humedad. Piscinas bien, pero no proporcionan toallas, te tienes que traer la de la habitación, un detalle que haría falta por la categoría de hotel.

I used Expedia to book my stay at the Star Suites and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The I bedroom condo had a full kitchen with living room, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom. Beds were super comfy and everything was clean. The condo was cleaned daily and fresh towels left daily. It is a quick 3-5 min walk to the Petronas Towers and there is a small grocer, bakery and coffee shop on premises. The only thing I wished for was a microwave in the kitchen but other than that I was more than pleased with this property!

緊急避難の館内放送が2階もあり、焦りました。非常階段を使って38階から降りている最中に、誤報とアナウンスが入り、安心しましたが同じ事が2階繰り返されました。プールにタオルが無いのもマイナス点。

excellent séjour de 3 jours au star suite résidence tout correspondait à l'annonce 51 eme étage, appartement grand avec cuisine, salle de bain au top literie de qualité, confort impeccable, lieu insonorisé et une vue incroyable de nuit sur petronas twin tower piscine au 6 eme et infrastucture top piscine au 69 eme étage avec vue à couper le souffle petit plus extra pour la décoration moderne et soignée de ce site j'y retournerai sans hésiter

장기 투숙에 적합. 데스크의접수 직원 친절함. 숙소 넓고 침구 편함. 조리 가능하다. 뷰도 멋지다. 음식을 해먹기 때문에 할 수 없는건지, 방 전체에 음식 냄새가 진하게 배어있음. 화장실에서 하수구 냄새남. 이른 아침 비행기였는데, 그랩, 택시 잡느라 애먹음.

◆良い点 ジムやプール、リーディングルームなど設備が充実しており、セキュリティ面も心配ない。 ペトロナスツインタワーまで徒歩5分くらいの立地で、近くにスーパーや駅、スタバなどもあるので便利。 ◆悪い点 下水の臭いがひどかった。 (マレーシアあるあるなので、このホテルに限ったことではないですが) エアコンの稼働音がかなりうるさい。 キッチンのシンクからコバエ？が上がってくる。

Good location, but let down by Service.
Arriving at the Residences, there was no clear signage where to park or how to get in the building. It took my husband 3 tries just to get proper directions and access and at a cost to us as we were in the wrong car park We were extremely disappointed with the general service, which also included clear distinction between Residents and Hotel visitors re access. The hotel should not assume everyone arrives by taxi, bus etc and the Hotel needs better instructions on where to park on arrival. Exiting the car park was another issue as the provided access card did not work and the sraff had no clue what to do, so we had to wait a further 30 minutes to depart, when we had a 4 hour journey ahead of us. Location was good for central facilities. Breakfast options were not worth the extra fee as limited and tasteless. We will NOT be returning.

Near to KLCC. However the room have smell of sewage and for 2 bedrooms we have only one toilet at the master bedroom. Thus not convenient for guests to use the common one toilet.
