"Well beyond expectation. Looking at the pictures before our stay, we thought it was going to be a so-so experience because the hotel doesnt look as big as others around the area. However, our experience was wonderful! Service was flawless, quick, and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, and it truly felt like a 5 star experience. Minor feedback is on how thin the walls felt as we can clearly hear noises from outside or from our neighbors. "

"Impressive ! Excellent service and amazing quality of the room design, amenities, resort facilities and great location. My second Andaz experience after Singapore’s at Duo and my impression is persistent. The only downside is the breakfast service model. The ala carte service was not as fast as getting buffet self service. The waiting time was a bit too long, perhaps it was because of the peak time. Would definitely visit again next time and stay a bit longer."

"Wonderful two nights escape at a legendary classic resort with a quiet, natural and serene setting, superb service from the staff ( Mr Sutrisna, Mr Eka and many others at Reception, restaurants, housekeeping and concierge ). Located at the very heart of Ubud makes it easy to visit many dining and sight seeing places nearby. However, food could be better in terms of choices and taste. Otherwise, a relaxing and memorable short stay and I would love to return again soon."
