"Situated just outside Kuta within easy reach of all surrounding beaches. The villas are scrupulously clean and chic and the private pool is so refreshing. The larger shared pool is huge and very quiet! The staff though really make this resort 4 star...they are so courteous, helpful and friendly, we can't praise them enough. The food too is really good standard at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend this villa stay and we will definitely return. "

"The villa is very spacious and we were able to stay comfortably. We can go in and out of the sea directly in front of the villa, so we can go to the nearby restaurants and shops as well as the sea. The staff was also very kind and took us to Tanjung Aan beach. We would love to go again!!"

The villa was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was excellent, the pool and landscaping fabulous (except for a mature dying tree in front of our villa that should be trimmed) and above all, the friendly and always smiling staff! "The property was not well maintained, it was next door to a very loud mosque. We got no sleep for 3 days! The beach near by was full of trash and smelled horrible. The location was not in a good area and many locals were on the property and around. The free breakfast made us all sick..I WONT BE BACK !"

We loved the privacy of the villa and the breakfast that was delivered each morning by smiling staff. Got great tips the first day on beaches to visit, warungs to choose etc which were excellent.
