The rooms with pool are very beautiful, a good size and there are very nice decor touches here and there. Staff was friendly and very helpful with requests. This hotel has great potential but needs to be better managed. Overall the hotel seems to be a bit run down. Cleaning needs to be taken seriously, rooms included. The water of the pool was dirty, and the pool walls and steps looked greenish. Did not dare to go in. We had no towels to clean hands - just bath towels. Breakfast was frankly a disappointment and ended up having to eat elsewhere.

Leider war das erste Zimmer welches wir bekommen hatten vom Zustand absolut nicht mit den Bildern zu vergleichen. Auf Nachfrage hin war ein Tausch des Zimmers ohne Probleme möglich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Although this place can use a little maintenance but overall I enjoyed it, very convenient and beautiful place , the strip is a 2 minute walk and the beach about 10 minutes

The staff were great and the property was great and has the potential to be amazing, the only thing holding the property back is the cleaning, very poor cleaning, the bed sheets and comforter had stains on the them , toilets looks likes they were not cleaned. The management needs to focus on cleaning the rooms better and that would make it one of the best spots in Bali to stay , other then it not being clean it was amazing the room setup and staff were amazing. Thank you to the staff for a great job .

Lovely modern hotel
The hotel was amazing, staff were excellent the room was so nice the only thing I could Criticise which wasn’t a huge deal is some of the staff English wasn’t the best but we were still able to communicate but overall I would go back in a heart beat

7th 2nd Arrival- Hotel staff speak very little english at all. One coconut drink given at arrival then rushed to room. 8th 2nd Safe battery died can not open. 9th 2nd Entire front door security lock & handle was loose, then entire door handle came off, tried to charge me 175k, I refused to pay said call your manager. 10th 2nd Wooden door infront of safe was held on by one hinge then fell off. 10th 2nd Safe would not work AGAIN, stuck open this time. 10th 2nd Fan fell apart in family room. Everyday. WiFi cuts in & out & makes you resign in constantly, downstairs wifi hardly works at all. Every day.. 10th 2nd Almost 24 hours after our front door was changed we got back to our room at 9:30pm and the front door was completely unlocked, opened & closed WITHOUT the pass key just open to EVERYONE anyone could have came in & taken anything for how long.. the entire day we where out?!?! This is extremely BAD!! VERY disturbing! 11th 2nd Again door hasn't locked, very annoyed now has been accessible by anyone --they replaced 15th 2 Phone in room does not work for anything but room service, I needed to call my bank ASAP as my Visa card is locked, went to front lobby, staff are utter rubbish and don't speak much english at all, front reception lady could NOT figure out how to call anything - absolutely useless & very frustrating, room phone is the same instructions in hotel room guide DO NOT WORK AT ALL. 16th 2nd Asked for a tiny bit extra time as our checkout was 5 hours before

Christmas and New Years vacation
The staff is very friendly and responds the fast. The room was amazing. However, it is very hot and humid at Christmas time and the way the shower is set up to be able to go outside it makes it hard to keep the air condition in the bedroom. The breakfast was ok. Nothing special. My only negative was DO NOT waste your money on the spa at the hotel. The spa room itself is the same as any back ally massage you will find any where else on the strip. We got a couples 2 hour scrub massage for $350,000 IDR each. The women talked to each other the whole time. The scrub was at the same time as the massage and it was less than an hour and a half. She also did an ear wax candles on both of us and did not tell us it was an extra $100,000 IDR each until it was all over. I complained to the front desk and he acted like he didn't understand. So we ended up paying $900,000 IDR for the same thing that we were able to get right down the street for $100,000 IDR each. Side note being able to get a massage everyday for 8 days was so awesome. They average $100,000 IDR which is $8.00 US per hour.

Nice place to stay
It was good. Villa was with private pool but with chilled water. It means you can't use it. Better can put some 🐠 in it or put some option to keep water warm. Otherwise private pool was of no use. Mosquitoes... Rest services was good and villa was very good. Everything walkable.. Shops/mall/beach. Staff were good and polite. Seems their staff hard work make the place comfortable to stay. Wish I could stay longer
Fantastic 1 night stay after 56 hours of travelling before my 12 day tour started. Spectacular to refresh in my own private pool and enjoy the complimentary items and wonderful service even though I arrived at 2 in the morning. I cannot say enough nice things about this place.

Pros: Property was excellent for couple. Staff were friendly and very attentive towards guest. Commendable staff would be Mr. Bangun. He was all smiles and helpful. Place was Nearby Malls and food. Cons: Area is best assesible by car. Alley was shady to walk at night.

Highly Recommended
Amazing Room with Private pool and Kitchenette!!!! Amazing location, not to far from Kuta and Legian and from Ngurah Rai Airport and it is quiet. The room is 2 stories and very spacious. The only thing is the Wifi is a bit slow and needs improvement on the room service quality. Other than: HAD A LOVELY TIME!!!! Will definitely come back again!!!

値段を考慮するととても良いホテルだと思います。入り口が路地に入っていて夜は暗い道を通る必要があるが、それほど気にはならなかった。スタッフは親切な人が多い。外のプールもとてもきれいで過ごしやすい。部屋はきれいで、リビングルームは外と通じているためエアコンは無い造りになっているが暑さはそれほどでもない。ベッドルームごとにシャワーとトイレがあり、シャワーは水もお湯も水量は十分。朝食は期待しないほうが良いが、洋食かインドネシア料理などの何種類かのうちから選び、指定の時間に部屋へ持ってきてくれる。プールサイドでも良いみたい。施設内にはスパもあるが、高級スパでは無いため至れり尽くせりでは無いと思う。ただ、気軽に利用できる値段なので毎日でも利用できる。相方によると必要十分とのこと。カップル向けではあるが、子連れでも問題無く、スタッフは子供好きが多い。

Short trip over weekend
Rooms are exactly as the picture seen on website. Overall nice experience and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Only set back is room service for food is not available 24 hours. Would also like to feedback that the pool water is very cold due to the fact that it's not getting much sunlight. Wifi in the villa room is not strong. Highly recommend for couple to stay over.

Family holiday bit of a let down sadly
The place was nice but not cleaned properly glasses left in cleaned for 2 days and bath mats were taken on day 2 but not replaced for duration of stay pool towels were not issued and when requested we received 2 for 4 people and unfortunately there was construction next door so our peaceful villa was noisy all day. The villa itself was beautiful but disappointed in the area

꾸따지역 풀빌라~
공항에 늦게 도착해서 가까운 호텔을 찾다가 발견한 호텔!! 가성비 갑~단체 여행으로도 너무 좋을거 같아요 메인풀장이 없는게 서운하지만 풀빌라로만 보면 좋아요~공항에서 차타고 20분정도 걸렸던거 같아요 :)

Nice hotel with some unusual designs.
Great location in Turban, in a safe, busy area. Lots of malls and shops and attractions within walking distance. Lovely private pool that is a little on the chilli side, would be great for November to April but a bit cool for the rest of the year. The bed is perfect, the a/c wonderful but the bathroom toilet area is " different"

It was excellent. everything is nice. Room is very comfortable and place is near from kuta area. Employees are very kind.

総合的に、大変良かったです！
クタでヴィラ、プール付き。そしてお手頃価格で検索してヒットしたのが、このホテル。総合的には部屋も3階建てで広々しており、全体的な清潔感もよく大満足でした。 ただ、せっかく期待していたプールが少し小さく若干ゴミが浮いておったのが残念。ただ、スタッフにお願いすると直ぐに掃除をしてくれるサービス。 子供好きのスタッフさんは、タクシー待ちの時間も子供と一緒に遊んでくれました。 バイクを1日借りて移動しましたが、近くのショッピングモールやウォーターボムも歩いて行ける距離！ 楽しい旅行になりました！

Exceptional Villa A+++
We had the one bedroom villa with private pool. First impressions were good. We were welcomed with a iced tea and face towel to freshen up. Room was very clean upon arrival. The staff are all very friendly and are knowledgeable. It was so close to everything. You can walk down the main strip in 5 minutes. From there you can shop on the street or the mall, grab a bite to eat and get massages. The famous waterbom waterpark is very close by as well. Only had one downside which was that the shower head wasn’t very good as it sprayed all over the show and became very wet in the bathroom area as it is shared with the toilet. Other than that everything else was very good. Would stay again.

Not great for families with young kids
*Location was good. Close to shops and nice restaurants. *Staff were very friendly and helpful. *The balcony doors in the bedrooms didn’t shut properly or lock. *You can’t completely close/lock the Villa. We have two young children and this made us feel anxious and unsafe at night. *Nothing worked in the gym! *Breakfast was nice but lacked variety. *Pool was always cold as it didn’t really get any sun. *Organised drivers at fair prices. *4 complimentary Bintags in our fridge! *Complimentary water bottles in our bathrooms everyday.

Good hotel and good staff
Hotel is inside a small lane, so is very quiet environment, staff is very helpful and friendly room very clean and big walking distance to shopping and restaurant, will stay again

Good location hotel
The staff were welcoming upon our arrival. The hotel room was nicely designed and the hotel has an unique way of serving breakfast to the hotel room, rather than having it in a restaurant.
