Staff didn't order our 3.30am taxi for the airport as requested. Hotel reluctantly took us in their car after taxi didn't arrive and tried to charge more than I was told by front desk staff upon arrival at the airport.

Très bien
Bel hôtel, bien placé en plein centre de Kuta. La piscine est agréable mais manque de transats. Super petit déjeuner en buffet.

Ottimo hotel
Hotel in zona centrale a Kuta, camera confortevole, spaziosa e pulita. Colazione con molta scelta anche dolce. Piscina gradevole anche se il numero di lettini a bordo piscina é di molto inferiore al numero delle camere e dunque spesso risulta non fruibile.

Very good stay, super recommended
Everything at the hotel is good, specially the location and service offered by staff. I will recommend it to anyone... I had small accident with a motorcycle (take care) and staff tried to help me on every issue.

The rooms wifi was very spotty, and had to constantly back and forth between it and my own hotspot. The shower produced no more than 5 minutes of hot water, which made shaving impossible. The breakfast was rather cold, and the selection was mediocre at best. I would not stay here again.

This hotel was just amazing, they had a lovely pool and children area in their facilities. The staff there was very helpful and there was an atm machine and a diving school just next to the hotel. It was just on the beach, their food was quite good too, and at night they projected movies on the beach, which was super lovely. It’s location is good for watching the sunset too.

Kuta Lombok
Good location near food and markets. The hot warm was the only issue in the room. The area outside of the hotel complex is dusty and difficult to walk.

Rekommenderas!
Vi hade den bästa upplevelsen här! Underbar personal, fina fräsch rum och en superskön säng. Dessutom ligger hotellet på huvudgatan men är fantastiskt bra ljudisolerat så vi hörde inget utifrån under natten. Rekommenderar starkt!

Fantastiskt hotell!
Vi hade en helt fantastisk vistelse på Sima Hotel i Lombok. Hotellet ligger på huvudgatan men trots det var det väldigt tyst i rummet under nätterna. En härlig atmosfär med trevlig personal, fina rum, restaurang och pool. Sängen var även den skönaste sängen vi sovit i under våra 4 månader på resande fot. Kan inte rekommendera detta hotellet nog. Tack för en fantastisk vistelse!

Absolutely fantastic new hotel. Nice rooms great bed. Very nice pool. Great gym. Friendly staff. Everything is new so there is nothing negative to say about this hotel Good location with lots of restaurants coffee shops bars French bakery. Walking distance to the beach. We were 100%satisfied. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Decisamente migliore delle aspettative.. la struttura è di gran lunga la migliore che mi è capitato di vedere nel mio soggiorno a Kuta. È situata in pieno centro, per cui la posizione è ottima. Ma è la sensazione che si prova nel soggiornare a fare la differenza. È tutto curato, pulito, ben mantenuto. Bella camita, bella piscina, ottima colazione. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente ottimo. Casa volere di più..? Assolutamente consigliato
