Great location hotel, mediocre services.
Plus: The hotel itself located beside the Krisna Shop, one famous shop in Bali. Its deluxe rooms are quite small but adequate and comfortable enough compared with the price. It has a rooftop swimming pool that have glass walls, so you can photograph your friends like in an aquarium. Minus: Breakfast is mediocre-tasted and not so delicious. Maybe the chef need more improvisation on spices. When I asked to clean the room, they left the tea glass still dirty. And when I checked out, they had some slight problem with their EDC, so that I have to wait long enough to settle the extra beds payment.

Potential new hotel but need a lot of improvements
I stayed 3 nights with the following comments: (+) 1. Quite new budget hotel. (-) 1. The tap water had bad taste (had chlorine taste). 2. Quite far from the beach, you had to catch Taxi or drive your car. 3. Small room size. 4. Limited breakfast menu. 5. No personal services touch from the hotel. 6. Lot of mosquito at the coffee lounge/lobby during the night. 7. Bad tv connection. Overall: I prefer to look for better hotel on my next trip to Bali.

Plenty of rooms for improvement
Kamar bersih dan cukup luas, ukuran TV bisa dibesarkan sedikit. Pintu kamar tidak kedap suara, suara tamu lain di koridor terdengar sangat keras. Air shower bau setiap kali dihidupkan, air panas tidak stabil. Tidak disediakan tissue cadangan. Ambient lampu kamar agak gelap. Rooftop Pool nya bagus, view bangunan tapi tidak kalah dengan hotel pinggir pantai. Lantai agak licin apalagi sehabis hujan, steps di dalam kolam bisa diberi warna yg berbeda supaya perenang tidak mudah terbentur dgn anak tangga. Hotel sangat menekankan sebagai non smoking hotel tapi di lobby masih tercium bau asap rokok, di rooftop juga sama. Mungkin bisa mengalokasikan daerah utk merokok. Breakfast buffet bisa di improve menu dan rasa nya. Thanks.

Sangat suka dengan hotel ini
Saat itu sy dan suami pengen liburan ke bali tp bingung mw menginap dimana, cb browsing dan akhirnya menemukan hotel atanaya di hotels.com, setelah membaca ulasan tamu yg pernah menginap, sy memutuskan utk memesan kamar selama 2 malam, dan ternyata ulasannya sesuai dgn yg kami rasakan, kamarnya nyaman, pelayanannya standar hotel pd umumnya, kolam renangnya jg cozy dan yg paling sy suka adalah lokasi hotel ini berada, persis di samping krisna pusat oleh2, dan utk ke tempat perbelanjaan lainnya seperti galleria dan beachwalk legian tidak jauh, cukup 10 menit sudah sampai. sangat menyenangkan menginap disini, next time sy akan menginap disini lg.

It was a good stay in the hotel. The vibe of the hotel was very good. Just drinks and food of the hotel was bit overpriced

Overall it was a good experience. However the bathroom is as small as it could possibly be and we had issues with the toilet the sink and the bidet leaking water. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, my son loved the porridge. We ordered most everything from the room service menu. My wife said the oxtail soup was awful, the meet was hard and chewy and the portion sizes for the chicken and French fries was very small. However I would say it has a great location, right next to Krishna store (if you are in to souvenirs) There was a laundry service close by as well as plenty of restaurants. Also the Trans-studio mall was just a 5 min walk to the back entrance. The rooftop pool was nice, eventhough we only used it once.

I enjoyed my stay, the price was good and the staff nice, room was cleaned frequently ! Negatives would be, breakfast variety got boring, floor in my room was damaged which made it look unappealing, many nights it sounded like someone was constantly running through the hallway though this could be put down to bad neighbours, occasionally a weird smell.

nice hotel and lovely staff. on a main road and we couldn't find that much around to eat unless a taxi to somewhere. nice rooftop pool too, however, it desperately needs a clean. Floor is so slippy both in and out the pool, slimy tiles, we didn't want to touch any walls or floors in the pool. A shame because everything else in this hotel was spot on.

You get what you pay for
Hotel was clean but there is a distinct "bad Chinese food" smell in the rooms. It comes and goes during the night and isn't bad enough to complain, but if you are sensitive to smells then this hotel is not for you. The hotel is relatively inexpensive and you get what you pay for.

Great place for a short stay in Kuta
A nice place fora few nights in Kuta before we headed inland to Ubud. The location is pretty good being not far from Legian Road and have a good selection of restaurants nearby. Be prepared for a bit of noise as it is on a very busy main road. The infinity pool on the top floor is very nicely done. We were up here have a glass of wine to celebrate my birthday and the staff did an impromptu happy birthday song and brought be a cake. Wifi was a little hit and miss but good enough for what we wanted it for. Overall good value for money.

Zuerst gaben sie uns ein mikriges Zimmer und nach Reklamation ein 2 Bttzi, superalt und mufig riechende. Andere Zimmer waren renoviert. Das De Luxe war nicht!

屋上のプールが素敵
屋上のプールが素敵でホテルの定員さんもとても感じが良く親切です。ビーチまでもそこまで遠くありません。歩いて20分ほど また清潔でいつも部屋の掃除はされています

プールが写真と大違い
部屋に毛が2本落ちていた。窓のカギが壊れていた。二人部屋なのに椅子が一脚しかなかった。 レストランの食べ物に　蝿がいっぱいたかっていた。海まで遠い、徒歩２０分ほど。 しかしホテルスタッフの笑顔がみんなすばらしかった。なんかみんな許せる気がする。

Disappointing
On arrival, room did not look like the photos. The patio doors did not shut, and the room smelt damp, probably due to the heat outside and the coolness of the room. Eventually both were sorted but wasn't off to a good start. Breakfast was not good. The room was clean but needs a facelift. The pool was great, couldn't be faulted and the staff in all areas of the hotel were great!

高速インターネットの使える快適なお部屋
全体的にとても綺麗で清潔でした。スタッフはいつも笑顔で明るく、感じが良いです。水回りも清潔でした。部屋には無線Wi-Fiと有線の高速インターネットがあり、仕事で高速インターネットが必要だったので、とても助かりました。ルームサービスのフレッシュドリンクが美味しいです。屋上にあるプールも何度か利用しました。リフレッシュするのにとても良いです。 大きな道路に面しているので、車の音がしますが、それ以外は最高でした。 また利用したいと思います！

这个酒店在顶层有一个游泳池等休闲之地，房间内的设施是国内四星的标配，洗澡水也很充沛，总体感觉很好，最重要是员工积极性很高，又很善待客人，服务很好

The hotel is cool! It has a great infinity pool at the roofdeck. The room is cozy. But they charged me for making local calls from our room. They should have advised me prior to bringing us to our room.

het hotel heeft een heel mooi zwembad op het dak
Het hotel ligt aan een heel drukke doorgaande weg, makkelijk bereikbaar, maar wel wat ver van het strand. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het zwembad is mooi, van glas en bovenop het dak, er is een bar bij en een aantal avonden live muziek.

Cheap, good value for money,
Staff were very good, hotel was very clean and tidy, it was excellent value for money. Not really in walking distance to anywhere of interest, but taxis close by and plentiful, and it was convenient to the airport. Overall a good experience, would stay again.

Great value for money! Rooftop pool is a winner
For a very cheap price you get a decent sized room, a great location and access to their awesome rooftop pool. We loved going there for a morning swim and it was even more amazing at night as it just had such a great atmosphere. Staff were lovely, the food was decent but the room could have been a bit cleaner. It is located on a main road so it is easy to hail down a taxi. Avoid asking the hotel for a taxi as they usually give you a fixed rate that is overpriced.
