Servicenya kurang memuaskan, saat saya request extra bed via telp dari Jakarta sebelum H-2 tidak dilayani, diminta langsung saat cek in, begitu cek in menunggu hampir 1 jam tidak langsung dilayani permintaan extra bed, setelah berargumentasi baru dilayani, seharusnya pihak manajemen bisa membantu sebelumnya dan pasti bayar permintaan extra bednya karena pesanan sebelumnya sudah dibayar dan tidak bisa dibatalkan. Kualitas makanan standart boleh dibilang rasa kurang dan petugas restoran setiapbreakfast selalu tanya untuk 2 orang, sementara di kupon 3 orang (bagaimana bisa sistem tidak diupdate??). Lucunya lagi saat saya cek out petugasnya seenaknya bilang ibu menginap hanya semalam kan, saya bengong sambil ngomel dibaca dulu saya sudah 3 malam dan sekarang cek out, sambil minta maaf saya tinggal saya petugasnya...aneh dan saya tidak akan menginap lag di hotel ini, kualitas pelayanannya kurang, air shower juga kecil..sudah complaint tidak ada solusi.

Salah satu hotel terbaik di kawasan Legian
Selama menginap di hotel ini saya tidak menemukan kekurangan apapun... Mulai dari masuk hotel sampai dengan masuk kamar saya tidak menemukan kendala apapun,,karyawan hotel yang ramah,,hotelnya sangat bersih,,kamar tidur yang nyaman dan lokasinya yang sangat strategis... Saya sangat nyaman menginap di 101 Legian ini... Hanya satu saja yang kurang dari hotel ini adalah parkiran basementnya yang sangat sempit... Dan akses dari parkiran basement untuk ke lobby di tutup,,jadi para tamu harus memutar jauhke depan untuk naik lobby utama....

Nice hotel in a central location. Has 2 Atm's and a Safe/Secure Money Changer employee in the lobby. All employees here are nice BUT I go to this Hotel because of Mr. Restu (Reception Manager) who is the 4 H's.......Honest, Humble, Helpful and Hard Working.

Housekeeping seems to be done very late in the day even if have please clean room sign on at 8.00am. Return at 3.00 and sometimes still not ready.

The room not spacious as what we expected. Cleanliness is on the factors that rated it lower than the common ratings. Hope they ca improve the smell in the hotel room, it is disgusting smell when you enter to the room.

The hotel is rundown and felt like we should be staying in a hostel. The walls are paper thin to the point you can hear someone drop the remote next door. We had complained almost every night about other guests making noise- we could hear them right next to us, in the hallway or all the way across the other side of the hotel. We got so fed up with this hotel we left early and stayed elsewhere. When we checked out they tried to make us sign a waiver so that we could not write anything negative about our stay. There was no refund or compensation. They only offered for us to move rooms but what would be the point when we would have the same issue?

직원들이 친절하다 조식 그럭저럭 괜찮고 오믈렛 맨날 줘서 좋다 방과 화장실이 넘 좁고 옷장이 없다 위치가 너무 좋고 맞은편 내츄럴 스파 가성비 좋은데 가까워서 맨날 갔다. 1층에 바가 있는데 밤마다 카라오케 파티 하는듯 스타벅스가 있는데 싸진않다

Wouldnt rebook due to noise
Super super noisy. Wrong room was provided then there was a real hassle trying to get the right one. Spa was never manned. Pool area was nice but honestly this place wasint worth the price for the extereme noise from the street and the lack of service.

Room was incredibly noisy! When we asked to move staff offered us one room down only. The aircon in the room was freezing even when we changed the temp. Asked staff if we could she’s an extra blanket & was told it’s not possible due to the ‘budget’ room we had selected, even we we paid extra for it. We stayed in another hotel up the road which was far better.

It started with a 1 hour wait for the driver (transfer). Too busy saying there is no refund if I take a take, than finding out where the driver was. ( this price is more than other hotels and taxis). Bathroom had leaking pipes and this was pointed out on day 1 and still faulty on the last day. House keeping, none existent. Refused a refund if I checked out early. Management were offensive. Refuse to recommend this hotel

Hotel is large, clean with lovely pool areas. Convenient breakfast option is great and although a little more expensive, the restaurant and bar is a great place to finish your day at. Rooms are clean and spacious and the air conditioning is very good. Recommend this for first time travelers as their location is Right in the middle of everything you’re looking for

Great pools
Check in is not until 3pm but they let you use the pool/facilities while you wait. Staff are very friendly and want to make your stay as great as possible. Great value for the price. Pools are beautiful and not busy.

Rummet OK men i minsta laget. Allt fungerade, frukosten helt OK, utomhus på taket. Rummen är rökfria men tyvärr satt folk i korridorerna och rökte som skorstenar även vid frukosten

No soundproof walls, could hear EVERYTHING coming from rooms next door. The downstairs bar which was always empty had loud music till 2am most nights which was unnecessary. No pool towels provided two days in a row. And only one power outlet in the entire room which was on the far corner wall not near the bed. Moved hotels half way through my stay. Staff very polite however.

During the day it was very good Evening was terrible, so noisy could barely sleep. Could hear everything from others rooms and the restaurant turned into a night club all night.

The property has gone down hill since covid has happened staff not very knowledgeable not sure what you are talking about, more interested in their mobile phones. They needed staff that actually helped you or went out of their way to give you that good experience. The breakfast was mostly Indonesian food, took so long for staff to get ready for breakfast and just to get an egg Or omelette took forever the lines were too long. Our rooms didn’t have towels multiple times we had to ask for them and took them forever to get towels.

Regarding your comments about our limited English staff, we half maximize service with available staff, we provide them with full product knowledge, operational training and speak good English. Sorry if there is a language barrier that occurred during your stay. We apologize that you feel that most of the breakfast choices are Indonesian menus. We try to offer a variety of choices for our guests with a full continental buffet. Our team is always trying to replenish food as quickly as possible, we recommend arriving early before the breakfast rush. But rest assured we are passing these comments on to the team to make sure not to leave the guests waiting. We apologize about the availability of towels that are very limited because they are still in the washing process so the stock of towels is running low. We apologize for the inconvenience. Great Stay
Had a good stay here. Pool was nice and they had happy hour deals (food wasnt available but on menu so maybe sometimes) and fun music, we could hear from room barely but it ends at 9pm. Location is very convenient to beach bars restaurants and shopping. We had to wait until 2pm to check in and apparently so did everyone which made check in take longer and more chaotic than simply letting everyone check in upon arrival if room was ready.

The hotel is situated in the middle of legian. As soo as you walk down the stairs at the front you are attacked by taxi, bike and shop owners. The breakfast is very ordinary
