lokasi yang bagus
hotelnya bagus, lokasi hotel enak sekali karena dekat dengan mall, pantai, dan tempat untuk belanja. hanya untuk susunan kamar agak menyulitkan karna dari lift tidak bisa langsung ke sebelah kanan (harus memutar).

Clean hotel with good service
The location is strategic, near to kuta centre and the beach so you can walk around but still can get good sleep (not disturbed by loud noise). The room is good, small but clean. The breakfast was ok, hope can get more variation, but the service in dinning area was very great.

In overall Holiday Inn Express memberikan basic needs yang anda butuhkan. Yang OK : - Kamar cukup bersih dg kasur dan bantal yg empuk - Fasilitas hotel juga cukup, ada pool, gym, resto, dan perlengkapan di kamar pun OK (tea coffee kettle, sabun shampoo dkk) - Staff yg ramah - Makanan cukup bervariasi Yang masih bisa diimprove - Waktu check in dipercepat jd tamu ga kelamaan nunggu - Beberapa kamar mandi itu baunya ga sedap. Mungkin bisa dicheck saluran air or apanya lah ntah - Area resto gak bisa menampung jumlah tamu. Mungkin bisa diperbesar areanya or tamu area nunggu tamu yg diperbesar krn banyak tamu sdh selesai makan tetep duduk2 di resto nunggu jemputan padahal yg mau makan gak dpt tempat duduk

Hotel bagus nyaman dekat ke mana-mana
Baru kali ini saya menemukan hotel yang pas dengan kebutuhan saya bila berada di Denpasar. Dekat ke mana-mana, ke mall, ke pantai, ke bandara. Tarip tidak terlalu tinggi, kenyamanan terjaga, keamanan baik, breakfast OK. Pelayanan Front Office yang ramah sangat membantu. Lokasi kamar mudah dijangkau dari segala sudut. Saya ingin menginap lagi di Holiday Inn Express Kuta Square kali berikutnya saya harus menghadiri acara di Denpasar.

Warning Bed Bugs
This place was the only place i got Bed Bugs out of 4 different paid accommodations i stayed at over my 3 week hoiday in Bali. Not only did i get bed bugs but i was 1st placed in a room, for me was near a 5min struggle to get to the elevator as i use a walking stick due to an accident 2yrs ago, had to ask to move to room closer to elevator, even tho they saw my struggle approaching reception on arrival, do not recomend this place at all. Must add this is the only bad review i have given to any hotel in all my years of using Hotels.com

Goed hotel, alle faceliteiten zijn aanwezig, ruime kamer, met veel tv channel, wifi uitstekend, schoon en hygienisch goed. Ontbijt buffet voldoende. Hotel zit strategisch met winkels en eethuisjes. Personeel is alert en goed.

You get what you pay for .. sadly .. gym equipment was not working .. my bedding did not seem clean under the sheet coverage .. a little off putting. The pool was lovely but needs TLC.. breakfast I would not waste my money .. was happier ordering on grab.. I left after 4 days . No hot water at times .. please don’t stay there if you want even 3 star.. plus side .. everyone was lovely there .. and close to everything .. just speaking the truth

立地もよく、部屋も綺麗でしたが 最初の部屋は突然の停電、移動した部屋はエアコンの不良、で2度も移動させられました。 どの部屋もWi-Fiは弱く、使い物になりません。 あと、予備のトイレットペーパーを置いてくれないので、途中でなくなり困りました。アメニティの補充もしてくれません。 次に泊まる事はありません。

Très bien situé, proche restaurants, boutiques et plage tout en étant au calme. Chambre confortable avec climatisation, frigo, télé. Bémol pour la SDB pas bien agencé, la porte d'entrée sert aussi pour fermer la douche. La toilette étant central dans la SDB, c'est très étroit. Pas d'exterieur, et difficile de faire sécher ses essuies de plage et maillots. Personnel, gentil, souriant, parle bien anglais. Piscine sur le toit correct mais le jaccuzzi ne fonctionnait pas pendant notre séjour. La piscine ferme à 19 h. Wifi correct même s'il faut s'y reprendre en plusieurs fois pour se connecter. Chambre nettoyée tous les jours. Restauration et petit dejeuner non testés Hôtel surtout fréquenté par des touristes locaux. Mais je recommande cet hôtel c'est un très bon rapport qualité prix

Room didn't feel very clean, the bed and sheets felt a bit old and musty. The door was damaged, had a hard time opening and closing it each time. Wardobe door was also damaged, has a creaking sound when opening/closing and doesn't stay opened as the hinge wasloose. Although the toilet door design was quite intelligent (able to swing 180 deg to segregate sink and toilet such that 2 people may use the toilet concurrently), the toilet was tiny and cramp and the door design made it difficult to open/close the door from inside. Also, the main lift of the hotel was frustrating to use. The lift buttons felt like touchscreen / sensor but were often unable to respond when tapped.

Check in was good and the room clean and tidy. Very noisy as is close to a busy road. Unfortunately the windows in the common areas were left open so the noise was amplified into the room. Breakfast was very basic and the cooked food was cold which means it was prepared hours earlier. Disappointing.

Шикарный бассейн на крыше. Завтрак не шведский стол, в принципе одно и тоже подают... Вечером шумно из-за ресторана напротив. Там танцуют трансвиститы. Номер в хорошем состоянии.

Although it was shown a 24 hrs check-in we were told the rooms were not ready when we walked in around 2 PM. Staff was courteous and asked us to wait for sometime. There were no welcome drinks and we thought we will have lunch by the time. We ordered few items and figured out what would be the quality and standard from the food. Overall lunch experience was not good. By the time we finished lunch, the rooms were ready and we picked up the luggages and moved in. The rooms were clean but bit old. The towels and bed linens were seemed like bought when the hotel was built. They weren't white but grayed over a period of years! Our room was facing a street and directly opposite to another hotel! Many places the walls and roofs started peeling off due to leakages. The main entrance has a pond and the walls have plants adorning it and most pots were empty and gives a bad look. The pics and actual look completely different. Location of the hotel is good as it's closer to many shopping areas, beach and art market. The pool on the rooftop was ok and clean. But you need to remind the staff for towels many times. The breakfast always have mainly Indonesian rice varieties and noodles. We were relying on the toast and made to order omlettes. Always there're shortages for spoons and forks. You need to remind the staff many times to replenish them. The service is overall average and needs lot of improvement.

A very convenient place to Kuta shopping area and eating places . Generally cheap hotel to stay for a few days . Pillows and bed is quite comfortable and there’s a sliding window so at least some fresh air into the room . Staffs are quite friendly. Breakfast was okie not much variety given its a 3.5 star hotel .

Hotel muito bem localizado, staff muito bom, serviços oferecidos também foram bons. Excelente opção de custo benefício com muito conforto. Único detalhe negativo, as reposições dos itens de café da manhã as vezes falhava um pouco e a internet nos quartos oscilava o sinal as vezes.

Couldn’t commend the staff more; they were all so friendly and helpful and would never say no. We had an issue with arranging a collection from the airport and it not turning up, so double check before you fly that someone will be coming to get you! It was however dealt with and we received a complementary driver to take us to our next hotel. Only slight issues were that the shower pressure wasn’t the best, and the breakfast could have been improved - one day they had a specials section doing pancakes and waffles, the next day it was a salad bar which was disappointing. Overall, I recommend this hotel, comfy beds, friendly staff, good spa treatments, and Yudi from house keeping makes the cutest towel animals

Rooftop pool is nice but frosting on glass obscures view of city. Was black mould in shower room and one of the electrical sockets next to the bed was loose. Room service wasn't cheap but you got a decent quantity and quality for your money.

場所はクタスクエアからすぐで便利です。部屋も綺麗でした。朝食は普通あるであろう卵料理、ベーコン、ソーセージ等がなくて驚きました。プールも朝から夕方まで日当たりが良くゆっくりできます。プールバーで食事もオーダーできますが、日陰がないので昼ご飯は一階のレストランまで行きました。スタッフもフレンドリーで快適に過ごせました。また泊まりたいです。

My partner and I booked this hotel for our 2 week stay. Upon arrival in the afternoon, our room wasnt ready to check into. We waited 30 minutes in the hotel lobby. The first room we got into was disgusting. The shower smelt terrible, and the water did not drain. There was a 10mm sheet of water on the ground of the shower at all times. The towels were stained all over, so badly i have no idea how the staff didnt pick it up. The bathroom sink would fill up and not drain. There was mould and rust in various parts in and around the bathroom. The walls had several cracks. The staff were very hard to communicate with. They did not understand english very well, nor could they speak it well either. Twice we called room service, once to ask how to operate the safe, and once asking for new towels. No one came both times, we figured out how to use the safe and went and got new clean towels ourselves. For the week we were there, our sheets were not changed. The food was very average (room service and breakfast). We asked for eggs at breakfast and they didn’t understand. No one ever attended the pool bar. Even though we paid for 2 weeks stay, we left and paid for another hotel. Before you read all the reviews and think this is such a great hotel, dont be fooled. I am not one to complain about much but this was a terrible stay. I would never return here again!

vi stannade här en natt för att ha nära till flygplatsen. Väldigt fräscht, sköna sängar och väldigt trevlig pool på taket. Det verkade ligga väldigt bra då man bara behöver gå ut från gatan så kommer man till flera restauranger. Trevlig personal på hotellet som hjälpte till med transfer till flyget dagen efter. Varm och kallvatten samt bra Wi-fi på rummet samt taket.

Can not explain how amazing this hotel is. Best service the rooms are spotless. Can not fault them on anything. Breakfast is amazing and really raises the standards. Thank you for having me and my family. I look forward booking with you again
