This place is in serious need of renovation! Rooms and hallways are very outdated and in need of updates. The "art" on the wall was peeling and what I'm assuming were holes, were covered with electrical plates covered in wallpaper. Although advertised as no smoking in the rooms, our room smelled of smoke upon arrival. After notifying the front desk, someone came up and sprayed "odor neutralizer" which just left a very perfumed scent for days. The room was extremely humid and the HVAC unit struggled to keep the room cool. Upon check in, we chose to limit the maid service to every 3 days, however they showed up the next day to clean. To avoid unnecessary cleaning, we put our do not disturb sign out for the next two days. Even after removing the sign, no one came to clean or give us fresh towels. We had to call to get towels and were told that as long as the Do Not Disturb sign was not on the door, someone would come to clean. For the remainder of our 7 day stay, room service never returned (even without the sign on the door). The daily resort fee charged covered items such as local and long distance calls, however there was not even a phone in our room. There was also no microwave, refrigerator or coffee maker, only an ice bucket (no idea if they even had an ice machine anywhere!). Not sure if there was a water treatment plant nearby or something, but it smelled of sewage all around the building. Definitely DO NOT recommend staying here!!
