We were excited at first. Everything seems very good until when we were ready to sleep. We could clearly hear noise from the hallway, someone talking, or even yelling. I got woke up a few times. The noise reduction needs absolutely improvement.
Amazing!! The staff were above professional, the suite was incredible and the food from Wing Lei was the best I've ever had. I can't recommend the Wynn enough.

Great location for sightseeing. Staff services were great and everyone was very caring. We will stay this place again when we visit Macau.

I stayed for three nights, we were upgraded to a lovely big suite, on our last night I fell sick and felt awful the next morning, my wife went to ask the staff if we could have an extra hour to checkout and they told us we could stay until 8pm to rest at no extra cost. All round the staff were helpful and the hotel was great. I would highly recommend.
Fabulous location and facilities, room was huge, lovely little touches everywhere (the maid even rolled up the power cables and provided a cable tie) great breakfast and minibar. My only criticism was the lack of a rosehead shower as the shower head was a little low for me.

Rude Staff
Staff supremely unwelcoming to non-asian guests. Treated as 3rd class citizens despite being big players at Wynn in Vegas. Stay downright rude and unaccomodating.
