Overall our stay was pleasant but the check in process was terrible. We waited nearly 2 hours in the lobby cause they couldn't find our booking regardless of us showing them our booking on Expedia as well as having Expedia send them our booking to their email. They just kept making us wait and not finding any solutions, their only solutions would be to contact Expedia which we did and they still would say they don't have anything for us. When we finally asked for the manager, he booked us one night for that night since it was 12 am at this point and we wanted to do Umrah, and he said he'll figure it out the next day (which he did as we weren't contacted about this issue after) to which we were thankful but some staff that night were rude and would say things in Arabic about us assuming we don't speak it but we understood what they said.The staff the night we booked was the only ones who were not great with their customer service skills, the rest of the stay we had good reception service and the staff the front desk were helpful with our inquiries. The shuttle bus to the Masjid is also really nice.
