The hotel location is perfect from al-haram mosque however my quadrable room on the 10th floor was horrible. First it was actually a double standard room with 2 extra beds. The facilities in the room was too limited with no view window. The bell man was far away from the hotel entrance downstairs which made me stolen by 2 bangals who told me that they belong to the hotel. The food at the restaurants was the most awful thing anyone can ever experience. Starting from the horrible taste and ending by the lack of any variety. I guess this will be my first and last experience at this place.

The only advantage you get is the proximity to Haram. The furniture is old, not enough towels in the toilet, no iron in the rooms, and room service is not responsive and super slow. You hear a lot of noise from nearby rooms and corridors

Stay Away.
Useless room service with old rooms. Bed mattress was very hard and no one helps you. Avoid staying here. Road is always blocked infront of the hotel, you can’t get taxi and you have to drag your luggage all the until the road reopens.

The property seems not maintained properly. The amenities were not in good shape. Sliding glass door for the bath place was broken and missing. A/C was not functioning properly. And there is no internet. It never works. Just an average space. On top of all not much of greeting attitude at the reception. I can literally count the number of words exchanged at the time of check-in and check-out.

Location!
It has the best location for the price. However, the internet doesn't work. You will have to come down to the lobby. The cleaning service was OK but had to ask for fresh towels. The plus point was the location!

The outside view is excellent regarding the mosque and the area around the mosque. But, unfortunately, the staff, manager and reception are very rude and aggressive. Though I paid a lot for this property, the manager still did not provide me with the amenities I sought. 80 percent of my amenities got missed with this property by the manager and staff with so much expensive price and the quality of stay that I received from them did not meet my expectation. Therefore, the standard of the hotel is very poor except for the city view which is also available in a few rooms (the manager charges extra for the city view even when booked online with Expedia). Besides, the hotel cost is too expensive in my opinion with limited amenities and no breakfast which seems to be unreasonable and not considerable at all on my end. And, of course, as mentioned above the management is very rude and does not provide the amenities which meet the guest satisfaction and that had happened to me in this case.
