Pretty close to the Haram, walkable distance. Surprisingly the wait for the elevators is not long. The issue is there are renovations being done, which can lead to some noise and dusty corridors. But other than that like this place, and my hotel of choice.

Hotel is nice and somewhat close to Kabaa. Easy in and out with Taxi unlike the tall clock tower hotels. Rooms are small though. Price is not cheap

The staff were very pleasant and approachable, spoke in English, therfore we didn't have a problem in communication. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it would be my first choice when looking for a hotel in Makkah just as long as it's at an affordable price.

Good hotel but concerning health and safety The location is great, very close to Al-Haram, staff members are friendly and helpful, food is not bad, room service food portion is quite large. Rooms cleanliness is affected negatively by high occupancy so I would rate it no more than satisfactory, amenities looks a bit outdated. The major concern was health and safety measures and procedures, my mother in law suffered a major injury due to uneven surface of the elevator and despite being reported until I left I had no response from hotel management, did not feel they have any clue on how to prevent or handle such issues, all efforts to help are based on staff individual responses and willingness to help with complete absence of the hotel response or action. A day later I have noticed liquid spilled on the floor that could have caused an injury to another guest, staff only reacted to wipe it when I pointed it out. I may use the hotel again if I am travelling myself due to the good location but will avoid if accompanied by elderly family members.

Good stay alhamdulilah. Very close to haram. Very comfortable. Only drawback I see is the drinking water availability. There is no refilling facility available & 1 water bottle per person is given as complimentary which wouldn’t be enough

Bathroom shower always supply hot water. Complained manytimes, and they always say sending engineer. Engineer never showed up. How can you take bath with hot water only?!! Very bad management service. I stayed four nights and they didn't even bother to fix the water problem. Five star hotel?!!??

J'ai passé un très bon séjour. L'hôtel est très proche du Haram (moins de 5 mins de marche en circuit droit et sans pente). Le personnel est sympa. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bon et très copieux. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de variété, mais la qualité de la nourriture est excellente. Un grand merci à l'équipe de restauration pour la qualité de la nourriture, vous faites un boulot formidable ! La chambre est très bien équipée; l'hôtel m'a fourni des bouteilles d'eau tous les jours. J'avais un grand lit et un lit simple. Possibilité de diner en supplément. L'hôtel est par contre divisé en 2 partie, l'autre partie est gérée par une autre société.
