The hotel staff at the lobby were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. One of the highlights of the hotel is its fantastic location, just a short walk away from popular malls like Platinum and Palladium. Additionally, having a massage place right in the lobby was incredibly convenient – no need to venture out in search of relaxation. Another convenience was the accessibility of the pick-up and drop-off point at the lobby, making it easy for ordering GrabFood or other services. While there were minor stains on the curtains, they didn't detract from the overall positive experience. Plus, the soundproof walls ensured a peaceful stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and excellent service."

"Very good, apart from being put in a room directly beneath their bar/club on floor 32 which played loud music till 0100. They were able to move us the next day to a nicer room albeit 16 floors lower down. Service was great and place was well kept. "
