This is the best hotel in Mataram I had ever been stayed. The breakfast is as good as Aston hotel. The quality is better than Aston and Golden or Lombok Plaza. The Spa is the best. The service is made me feel comfortable. I will live again. Also, will introduce my guests live here.

I like modern decor and building. Not fan of the big glass window inside the room. I told my daughter to stay from it. Big variety of breakfast food, but most food are cold and tasteless.

Pemberitahuan request lewat email tidak respon untuk 2 kamar bersebelahan, untungnya pas check in di hari itu diberi kamar bersebelahan. Ini sudah memberi suatu nilai positif bagi kami. Tapi ada sedikit kendala di bedding, dimana sarung bantal kotor sepertinya bekas kotoran yang dicuci tidak bisa hilang, sampai check out pun tetap tidak diganti. dinding pintu dan beberapa jendala kotor. kami tinggal di kamar 7xx, diatas kamar kami, untuk 2 malam kami menginap terdengar bunyi yang sangat mengganggu ketenangan tidur kami sekitar pukul 10.00 malam keatas, seperti orang menggeser meja atau kursi, kadang kejatuhan barang sehingga sempat tidur kami terganggu gara2 bunyi kebisingan tersebut..mengenai sarapan pagi rata2 dan tidak ada perubahan dan nilai positif wifi best dan panorama indah...saran kami utk pihak management supaya berbuat lebih baik lagi sesuai nilai review yang didapat selama ini dari pada nasabah dan mau melakukan perubahan,...terima kasih

Hotel Lombok Astoria was a great place to stay. The rooms were spacious with a comfy bed and nice shower (as well as the shower amenities). The pool was beautiful and relaxing, and booking a massage at the spa was easy. The free breakfast is a massive buffet with a great variety of local cuisine and tradition western breakfast options. The one thing I would have appreciated was a hotel guide in the room. Having a book to specify times the pool/gym were open, or the hours of breakfast helps those after aong trip who just want to get to their room.

located in the quiet area of Mataram where surrounded with nice food corners make this hotel is my favorite. The restaurant of the hotel is also very good and food taste is awesome.

This hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are good sizes and the view in our 8th floor room was amazing. Breakfast buffet was also very good with a lot of varieties. We felt that it was an amazing value to stay here!

Fint nytt hotell i utkantan av Mataram
Nytt og fint hotell i utkanten av Mataram. Hotellet holder høy standard og er ganske nytt. Både rommet og fellesområder var av god standard. Betjening og service av personale var veldig bra, og alle var imøtekommende og hygglige. Det var wifi på rommet, men desverre var det så tregt at det omtrent ikke fungerte til vanlig nettsurfing. Frukosten var bra, men hadde dårlig utvalg av vestlig mat, noe som er vanlig i Indonesia.

Hôtel hyper accueillant
Nous sommes arrivés dans cet hôtel par hasard suite aux tremblements de terre. Notre hôtel le scheraton avait fermé car la structure était endommagé. Cet hôtel nous a reçu généreusement. Tout le personnel était aux petits soins pour nous. Eaux à disposition, hall de l’hôtel Transformé en dortoir. Ils ont accueillis des Personnes qui n’on Pas payé de chambre, en offrant des douches, des petits déjeuners... le directeur et tout le staff ont été plus que formidables L’hôtel est neuf, les chambres sont très belles, les repas sont très bons. Tout est parfait et l’ho Est magnifique côté décoration Merci à tout le staff pour l’accueil, d’autred Hôtels ont profité de la situation pour augmenter les prix

Clean and new
Lombok Astoria is in Mataram, so if you are planning to go as a tourist and visit Gili Islands it will take over an hour to get back to the harbor from this hotel. The hotel itself is new and clean. Staff are warm and prepare a welcome drink upon your initial arrival.

Amazing hotel, great staff, great service.
Amazing hotel with truly 4 star service. Friendly and attentive staff, lovely pool. Prices ok considering service and facilities. The best hotel we’ve stayed in over 3 weeks in Indonesia. Would return again without hesitation.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel. Man kann diesen Platz empfehlen um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Der Pool ist toll, das Frühstücksbuffet ist toll. Das Spa ,es gibt bessere für das Preisniveau.

Excellent room with nice view
We stayed at 11th floor deluxe room. Very spacious and spectacular view from the plenty of windows in the room.
