Pleased with our quick stay at the Prime Plaza
We stayed one night at the Prime Plaza. They transported the four of us and our three surfboard bags to and from the hotel in a van for a decent price. The hotel room was clean had everything we needed. We had four twin beds. The restaurant had good service and food.

Stayed here one night before an early flight. It is only a 5 minute taxi ride to the airport. The hotel has a free shuttle but it only goes once every two hours so unless your flight coincides with the timing it's not much use. The hotel is very modern with all the facilities you would expect. Rooms are fairly small but clean and nicely furnished and for a short stay are absolutely fine. One thing I have never come across in a hotel before is the piped music played in the corridors - you could actually hear it from inside the room, only faintly but enough to be annoying! It did turn off around 10pm but then came back on at 6am.

It was alright. Bathroom was dirty when I went in - there was a big ball of hair in the toilet and also all of the towels were stained. Bed and room was fine. Gym was really small but had the basic requirements, except the AC was off when we went in so we had to turn it on ourselves. Airport shuttle that goes every two hours was quick and easy, but it’s a bit annoying that it’s every two hours instead of one.

This hotel was great for a quick stay from the airport. It was easy and friendly airport pickup and check-in. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The room was clean and quiet. Overall, great place to stay!

Overpriced and disappointing
Very over priced. Average hotel but convenient for airport. Terrible but expensive food. Poor facilities - the pool had a layer of scum and the gym was stuffy and lacked a/c. Smelly room and dated air conditioning. Decent bed and linen. Good size room. Wouldn’t recommend or go back. Better off staying closer to Medan

the staffs are friendly and requests were attended to quickly. The only thing is the toilet bowl is dirty and the tap water is a little brownish.

This hotel was a great place to rest after our two day jungle trekking. We loved that since we had a very early flight the staff packed us our breakfast to go. We arrived to the hotel around 8 or 9 pm and since we were trekking for 2 days, we had a bunch of dirty and smelly clothes from the campfire but the staff was able to accommodate our needs and cleaned our laundry and had it ready somewhere around midnight although it came at a steep price as the laundry service costed us more than the night stay but given the time of the day and that our Indonesia trip was just starting we thought the cost was reasonable. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Convenient to the airport and excellent staff. The travel to the airport was easy. They have scheduled times when you can go free to the airport in a shuttle.

Choice near airport hotel for good price
Prime Plaza Kualanamu is a very good hotel to stay when travelling early morning due to it's proximity to the airport and its good installation (building) and good price. But unfortunately the checkin was confused and checkout at 6 am when many guests are going to the airport at the same time can result in delay while our room was being checked and taxi confusion. Breakfast was good at 6am with many choices though no service. No hair dryer in room.

Very close to the airport but that’s all
Hotel is 10min drive at a cost of 100,000Rp to the airport. Hotel is clean and food is fine but we had issues with checking in with a family of 5. Would only recommend this place if you need something right next to the airport.

Convenient to Airport
Very close to airport so that made it convenient . A new hotel with large spacious rooms . There was a large conference being held there when we were there so the kitchen staff was under stress- some menu items not available .The internet was also ‘ under construction ‘ during our overnight stay . Luggage storage facilities very handy as we used this hotel as a transit between a couple of different locations - Bukit Lawang and Lake Toba .

離機場近,很方便
一開始check in很不順利,一直找不到我們登記的資料.不過櫃台服務態度依舊非常有耐心與和藹.直到最後終於查到訂房資料也折騰了將近半小時.房間很大很乾淨,wifi朋友可以聯的上,但我的手機與電腦卻總是進不了.房間附的礦泉水是大瓶的,很適合泡咖啡或泡茶習慣的我。早餐還可以,雖不多但還是有現煮麵條也不錯,不過水果不夠新鮮.重點是離機場近,對於晚班機到逹或隔天沒有行程直接去機場者,這是一個非常好的選擇，飯店還有免費定時機場接送真的很方便，下次我還是會再住這。

Awesome
It is a very nice and comfortable hotel. Provided with 4 + 1 pillows:), comfortable king bed, beautiful scenery, very convenient for flight connection, excellent service. But Tap water was quite brownish... so I wonder if the shower would have the same problems... It would be good if the hotel management to look into the water issue. Overall : Thump up:)

Nytt og fint hotell!
Bodde en natt her i forbindelse med forretningsreise, men hadde med hele familien. Hotellet er nesten helt nytt og veldig fint. Beliggenheten er litt utenfor andre ting, og det eneste som er i nærheten er noen hotell og ett kjøpesenter som er helt nytt og enda ikke har noen åpne butikker. Frokosten er typisk indonesisk og har ikke noen form for internasjonal mat.

Friendly, and efficient staff. Comfortable, and very conveniently located close to airport, with free airport shuttle every 2 hrs from 4.00am. Very few vegetarian options available in restaurant.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, great airport ilocation
We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. We stayed 2 nights to relax after our travels in Sumatra. The room was great as was the bed. The breakfast was good, lots of choice. The buffet at dinner was excellent and the staff helpful. The bathroom was clean and well designed. Great shower. Good TV allowed us to catch up on news. The shuttle to the airport was short and timely. It seems to be a fairly new hotel and although the pool was ready and large, other recreational facilities were not yet ready for use. This did not bother us. Although the hotel was not near Medan and there were few options for eating nearby, its location next to the airport was just what we wanted and we were very happy with the hotel restaurant. We would stay here again.

Mooi airport hotel
Een typisch airport hotel. Het is schoon, vrij nieuw en heeft een goed ontbijt. In de omgeving is alleen niets te doen. Een taxi naar Medan tikt ook al snel aan.

Uitstekend airport hotel.
Het is een prima hotel als je iets zoekt vlakbij het vliegveld. Het is nieuw, goed verzorgd, uitstekend ontbijt en mooie en schone kamers. In de omgeving is echter niets te beleven doordat het een airport hotel is. Taxi naar Medan tikt al snel behoorlijk aan.

Decent hotel for airport transfer
We stayed here because we had an early flight, it worked out with their shuttle timings and packed lunches, but if we had an off-hour flight, I don't think they are flexible to accommodate your needs. The disappointing part came with the room. We expected four twin beds as indicated with the booking and shown in the photo, but it turned out we had 2 twin beds with two floor mattresses. Furthermore we weren't provided shampoo etc, but were too tired to bother asking for them at 1am.
