Hi Lynette. We do try and be transparent and it is even noted in the Description of your Room that you do get some slight Traffic noise. Budget Rooms are our cheapest rooms for that reason. For those people reading this review I would suggest you up grade to at least a Queen room which is not right on the main road. Very confused No Wi Fi There is a large sign on your mirror in your room with details and passwords. So I assume you did not see that, or even contact Reception. Yes like everyone else we are just surviving. We are happy to upgrade rooms, But that includes substantial price increases. Your comments like "I pay to stay" are somewhat interesting. Thus people like yourself want a bottom Budget price. That is why you chose us in the first place, and not a 4 or 5 star Motel,I have to say your review differs so much from the all others Kind Regards Graham

Yes Lynette, we agree with your comments, But you have not mentioned you were told on arrival and still decided to stay on book a second day which we discounted by 40% Also moving you from room 4 to room 1 an Upgrade Free of charge' Sorry for your experience But we did All that we could. We make No Apologies about being Security conscious. Noise and too many visitors and strange cars with people lurking around is not a good look. The other residents who complained to us were obviously concerned, as they would not have called us. Yes, people who come here need to take others in to account,

Hi Catherine, As per many previous Reviews We keep telling people that our Cheapest Rooms ( Budget rooms) state clearly in their description that they are Upstairs and do get slight traffic noise. We generally recommend up grade to a Queen Room for $10 extra. We did ask you what time you were leaving a a general question. As we tell people to leave keys in their room on Table and close door behind them if they are leaving before Reception opens.. So yes we did take you t your word.when you said you would be gone by 8 am. It was well after that we said we had a truck driver looking for an early check in. We would do the same for you , and ask people the same if you requested n early check in. Many people have early flights and request early check ins. So we are very aware to choose our words when asking people what time they are vacating. We are sorry you have taken it in this manner. Kind Regards Graham

We are a bit confused. We queried if you needed room with two beds ,as you only said one person on your booking That is why we called you. You were quite happy and said yes no problem. your concern was the price difference. We explained to you we upgraded you to a room at the same price that was on the ground floor and way from traffic noise.Otherwise you would be upstairs and at the front of the building with Traffic noise.you chose not to take that.also you booked through Expedia/ Wotif. So you should have taken it up with them. So we are a bit of a loss. Thanks Graham Thanks Graham
