The property itself is an older building but the overall condition is up kept very well. It's located just minutes from the airport and easy to hop onto the highways to get into downtown Miami in 15 mins. Our room was spacious and clean and I'd stay there again.

No fridge in room, shower faucet was broken, they sent someone to fix it but he stated it would have to remain broken as the room should not have been occupied.

We spent two nights and the second night, our room was clean again with fresh towels and tidy beds , we loved it! We were expecting to find the room same way as we left it in the morning.

El cuarto NO tenia microondas. El primer dia no limpiaron el cuarto, tuve que pedir que lo limpien. Llame a recepcion como 10 veces para pedir que arreglen la tele, nunca contestaron; cuando baje a la recepcion encontre a las chicas que atienden ahi jugando y bromeando entre ellas y hacen casi omiso a las llamadas. Durante la noche un hombre que parecia borracho hacia bulla y no dejaba descansar. No recomiendo este hotel, es lo peor.

Yo reservé una sola noche en una habitación standard con cama king, solo necesitábamos descansar pero cuando llegamos a la habitación nos asignaron una habitación con dos camas pequeñas y nos toco dormir muy incómodos.

Convenient for airport needs or events at the airport convention center, however, it could use some updating. Dining options are limited with almost nothing in walking dostance. There are plenty of food delivery options.

The property provides extremely convenient access to the convention center, which is what I was after. But my room was a bit tired, especially the bath, where I had a faucet that leaked water continuously, a slow-flushing toilet, and a slow-draining tub. Most of the bar wait staff (manager, esp.) was very good, but I had a weird exchange with one waitress who said I had complained and didn't want to pay for two drinks, which was completely untrue. She clearly mistook me for someone else but the public confrontation of me was rather awkward. The irony was she actually forgot she had my credit card in possession and I had a tab running.

Each representative there was pleasant but Malian, front desk rep, was extremely hospitable. She complimented our stay and departure with extra warm cookies to go. We can’t thank the staff enough, but her, we thank her much. Great hotel! We would definitely stay here again!

front desk staff was great- actual room was a let down. First room- didn’t have sofa bed as requested- both tv and phone didn’t work. Staff politely moved us to another room- sofa bed was broken but we made it work for the night. Overall experience was less than what we usually expect from a Hilton branded hotel- would not stay again.
