Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, ottima colazione, posizione vicino alla tangenziale si arriva in p.zza del Duomo in tram, pochi posti gratuiti di parcheggio altrimenti a pagamento (18 € per 24 ore), pulizia da migliorare.

In diesem Hotel nie wieder...
La Cosa positiva e che sta vicino Autostrada. La Camera e sporco. Odio il Pavimento in Moquette, perche non si vede bene se e pulito o sporco ( ma si vede ). Il Lavandino era scomodissimo. La Porta dell Bagno che apre all interno ???Una Porta a scomparso sarebbe stato meglio o No ? Il Parcheggio , non ce, se vuoi uno all interno Euro 18. Una Birra all Bar Euro 8. Come in svizzera..😀 Si sono dimenticato die consegnarmi un Pacco. Ho dovuto tornare indietro a prenderlo. Prezzo/Qualità lascia desiderare. Per me questo Bagno andrebbe rifatto subito !!! Consiglio guardatevi la Camera prima.?

Pool wasn’t open and no information regarding this
The pool wasn’t open and it was 28-30 degrees and we didn’t got any compensation due to their were no pool. We were really disappointed.

The shower head did not stay up kept falling and it did not drain well. Also the shower only had a half wall so the floor got wet. The AC did not work and our room was hot. The usb plugs on the one side of the bed did not work.

check in & check out was easy, front desk staff were very helpful The swimming pool was closed from September 1st which was a shame in such hot weather, the gardens are probably lovely in peak season but looked a little uncared for during our short stay - again because late September is deemed off season. food choices in the restaurant were poor, the food wasn't very good either (chicken Cesar salad was made with over fried chicken nuggets) and was overpriced

Im Badezimmer war leider Schimmel an der Decke, Parkplatz hat leider extra gekostet. Für eine Nacht war es okay aber von einem 4 Sterne Hotel kann man deutlich mehr erwarten.

다시는 이용하고 싶지 않습니다
1. 커피포트 고장으로 뜨거워 물이 필요 할때마다 로비로 가야 했음. 커피포트 교체는 없었음. 2. 보조침대는 밑 부분 나무가 비어 있어서 자는데 많이 불편 했음. 3. 세면대 물이 내려가지 않음 4. 샤워기 머리 부분에서 물이 세어 나와 샤워 하기 힘들었음. 5. 이런 부분을 세심하게 정검하고 문제가 있을때 바로 정정 해주지 못 한 부분이 다시는 이 숙소를 이용 하고 싶지 않다는 결론을 내려습니다.

We used this hotel for our final day before our flight from Linate and it was an excellent experience. The staff checked us in quickly, even setting up a box breakfast and arranging a taxi for our 5am trip to the airport. Great service and the restaurant was great for dinner.

Tycker det var synd att det inte stod tydligare att poolen för hotellet stänger redan i augusti då vi valda hotellet mycket för just pool. Otroligt besvikna barn. Men annars var det fint och rent. Trevlig presonal och bra frukost

Hotel is close to airport but still taxi charges are around €25. Hotel may be good for buisness purposes but not good for family holudays visit or you are fimiliar with the area. Staff is good but they are very limited to help as they as hotel rules i guess. No water in the Hotel room as they beleive drinking tap water is safe to drink (Not happy as this is 4* hotel i guess and i expect more from it). Visiting to city or any other tourist area adding cost to every step u put out .e.g: tram ticket or taxi charges etc

Bra hotell för övernattning under resa
Ett knappt dygns vistelse innan avresa. Fint rum, bra med AC, trevlig personal och fint poolområde. Stor frukostbuffe men lite stressad personal. Dyr middagsbuffe på kvällen om man behöver äta vid ankomst

Disappointed by dining options available both in and around the hotel. Dinner buffet very overpriced for what is available and quality of food. Very limited dining available close to hotel. Our fridge had leftovers from previous guests. Pool area nicely maintained with lots of seating options.

However we're only 20 minutes from the city center where all the restaurant and shops are open. I'm sorry if the restaurant food quality wasn't at the high of your expectations.
