Front desk staff is always around, however, most do not speak English. WELL DONE IRIS for doing a super job. Very helpful. The VIP coupon was non existent. The one thing lacking in this hotel is a bar. But then again, there are four 7-11's within a block and finding drinks is really easy. For what I needed this was a great location...
