The hotel was right for price! Only thing is I checked out a day early never got refunded! Also never received 100 dollar deposit back as well!!’ So don’t expect to get any type of money back

Great stopover
What I liked the most is how quiet it was and the fact that they have a security guard on site.

Amazing stay for a great deal
The check in process was fast and simple. The room was excellent for our needs as we requested first floor room ^_^ the Parking availability was great too since we had 2 cars. I would definitely stay here again.

Modesto Comfort Inn
Good location not far from place we needed to be. Directly off main street so traffic noise is constant. Hall carpet smelled and dirty foot prints were clearly noticeable from stairwell to 2nd level elevator. Bedroom was clean staff did good job keeping room sanitized. King bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast sucks
Hotel is a relatively clean and good location. Were it not for the horrible breakfast the hotel would be great. Fortunately, there's a Starbucks and Jack N Box across the street for the coffee is muddy water and the sausages are most likely leftovers from a few days ago.

The staff was superb--very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was quite good. The room was clean. It would've been helpful to have more counter space in the bathroom--it was big--but not much room for toiletries. And I really liked the swimming pool---with triple digit heat, it was quite welcome.
