good evening you are simply a hypocritical false person toward me you gime me a review saying that you towards me you gime me a review sayin that you didnt find me in the hotel as i was behind other customers even if you waited a minute no one died when i i heard you talking i went down the stairs when you were calling expedia and i asked him why explaining my reasons the thing that makes me nervous is his false availabillity because over the course of the 2 days i made myself more than available for the taxi and other indications that she had asked me for smile is false and i dont deserve all this be ashamed greetinees roberto bye bie PS YOU ARE TERRIBLE bye bye roberto

Roberto is very friendly. Shower is small. Bring your own soap, shan’t and conditioner as what they offer is very small for 2 people. Otherwise great location and beds were comfortable

Roberto and his wife were just so welcoming. They were amazing. The town is fantastic, so safe and so beautiful. We also enjoyed the restaurants, the wineries, and the shops right in the old town. We enjoyed every moment. We do hope to come back and we will stay with Roberto again. The location was perfect for walking to everything we wanted to see.

good evening i think this is my first negative review on expedia and all off this makes me perplexed i explain everything in a fliud and logical manner the lady who booked the overnight stay in my hotel fore on night rang the bell i was behind whit other customers and was received by my wife where she kindly showed them the room and the common places of the hotel and gave them all the explanations the gentlemen left with the hotel krys in their hands saying they were going to get the car after about 30 minutes they showed up at the hotel telling my wife wno didnt stay in a hotel it can happen but its rare for this to happen to me when my wife told me this i immediately made the reconciliation whit expedia so as not to make him pay for the night she didnt spend she should thank me it seems like instead today im seeing a review with a rating of 2 and a terrible statement on what this judgment was given and what you have to explain to me is that it is not possible to be judged in a minimum of time having not spent the night with us and knowing the people who manage it i have to understand and wait for a response i ask because these reviews are seen by millions of people and this is not right for people who sacrifice themselves all day inside the hotel i hope mr caroline that before expressing a negative opinion on things and people you think twice it always goes as written above out of respect for those who work saluti roberto

A great place to stay and Roberto and his wife are excellent hosts. It's hard to find following a maps app; park at P6, don't drive anything but a small car there, and walk from P6 through the small stairway and alley, don't follow the map! The hotel has 2 entrances, be prepared for lots of steps and dark stairways. But it's worth it!

Hotel located in the middle of Montepulciano, a hilltop town with wonderful medieval ambience. the host Roberto and Vittoria were wonderful. Hotel is in ZTL (limited traffic zone). We have trouble finding the hotel parking and Roberto took us and guided us with his car to find parking. Many excellent restaurants around hotel. Hotel breakfast was wonderful in courtyard.

A Room in the middle of town
We were welcomed by Roberto and showed where our special parking would be. Our room was spacious and overlooked the street below Breakfast was a wonderful spread included in the price and perfect to start each busy day.

Great place and very kind host
Albergo is the best host who will treat you as a guest rather than a customer. The place is very nice and convenient for everything. Try its breakfast, Albergo will serve you himself and provide local food in his beautiful back yard.

Good location with close easy parking. Staff was very friendly and made for an enjoyable stay. Room was clean and comfortable, although some of the furnishings and decor could be updated. Breakfast was very good The only real drawback is that the shower was very small.

Amazing stay wonderful host
Amazing host. Roberto was the most generous and accommodating. He met us at a parking lot and we followed him in such a wealth of knowledge and so many great tips. Breakfast was amazing and rooms quaint. A bit hot but it was July during a hot spell. AC would be nice or coming in spring and fall but easily overlooked with amazing hospitality will definitely stay here again

Lovely breakfast terrace
Really nice family hotel, great location. Spacious room, super clean, comfy bed. Everything is in good condition, lovely hosts, good breakfast. The only thing it’s missing is air conditioning. The fan keeps the room ok temperature-wise, but can’t close the window because of it. And depending on the room, the restaurant in the street can be quite noisy.

Utrolig god service fra hjælpsom hotel ejere
Vi fik en utrolig venlig og hjælpsom modtagelse af hotellets ejer, Roberto. Han kørte os tillige ned til hvor vores bil var parkeret og kørte os rundt i Montepulciano. Dejlig morgenmad, smukt indrettet værelse og utrolig renlig. Central placering med 5 min gang til den gamle bydel. Gratis parkering udenfor hotellet. Kan varmt anbefale dette hotel

Once we found the property (after driving through the main pedestrian, cobblestone street….YIZkES!!) we were greeted by our sweet hosts. The room and courtyard was lovely!! A perfect stay, a great breakfast, and wonderful hosts!!

Don't look any further
I would highly recommend Roberto and his property. The route is well marked to get to his place but Google maps does not take you to the right place. We got lost (thanks Google) and called him and he found us. He drove us down to our car and escorted us up to his place to park for the night. The room was clean and comfortable. We got a tour of the property too. It is central to all of Montepulciano so wine tasting and having dinner is just a short walk back. We did not have breakfast but we will when we go back.

Esperienza positiva: i gestori sono molto ospitali e disponibili. Colazione abbondantissima e piacevole nel patio dell’albergo. Le camere hanno un salottino privato , utilissimo per lasciare le proprie cose. In centro a Montepulciano. Ci ritorneremo.

Great hosts and hotel in the city center
My second time here, and it was great as last time. The hosts are fantastic and so warm. Highly recommended hotel, in the city center with parking in front of the entrance. The rooms look very antique and give you an ancient feeling in this lovely town. Great stay in Montepulciano!

Nella bellissima terra Toscana Montepulciano è una emozione pura...e “La Terrazza” é la location ideale; albergo in una ostruzione del XV secolo nel centro storico, gestita con grande simpatia e professionalità da Vittoria e Roberto. Soggiorno impareggiabile.
