Hotel Hankyu Dai Ichi Hotel Group di Nakano

"The hotel service was unfriendly. They dont allow early check in, even when the rooms are ready. They only accept check in time at 3pm, so at that time everyone that has been waiting at the lobby,, all have to queue again to get the key. Which is very unefficient. And i have request for a late check out, an extention of only 1 hour from check out time which is 12pm because my son was not feeling well and want to rest before our bus to the airport at 13pm. Even that, they dont allow. So...

"The staff were lovely and welcoming. We found the location excellent for exploring all of Tokyo. A short walk to Tokyo Station, a minute to the Ginza Line and more..: quiet! The hotel provided great value with free coffee and an ample breakfast buffet. Solid choice!"

"Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Tokio und haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden. Man muss sich aber halt bewusst sein, dass die Zimmer halt eher Japanisch sind. Sprich alles recht beengt. Den Massagesessel hatten wir nicht genutzt und war dann für uns eher ein bisschen Platzverschwendung. Eigentlich fehlte einem an Nichts. Einziger Grund für 1 Stern Abzug ist, dass das Essen immer das Gleiche war. Etwas Abwechslung...

"雨が降っていたので、濡れずに行けるのが良かった。部屋には、マッサージチェアが常設でそれを楽しみにゆっくり過ごせました。チェックアウトも12時と遅めなので近場を観光して一旦戻って来れるのも良かったです。"

"スタッフの対応やホテルの高級感は満足だが、値段の割にベッドの端が破けていたり、トイレが臭かったり、湿度が異常に低く乾燥しっぱなしだったりと残念な部分が多かった。もう閉館してしまうので改善はしないだろうが、そこらへんは直してほしかった。"

"ディズニーランドの送迎バスがあり、こども連れにはとても助かりました。欲を言えば、時間がもう少し選択できればと。 ホテルから両国国技館やスカイツリーがみえるのがとても良かったです。周辺を散歩するのも気持ち良かったです。丁寧に対応して頂きありがとうございました。"

"駅近！阪急デパ地下やアトレも近く、何でも食べられますし、施設内にスーパー銭湯があり、割引料金で利用できるので、とても快適に過ごせました！チェックイン、アウトも待つことなくスムーズでした。スタッフの方々も親切です。 部屋に備え付けのお水があれば最高かな！と。"
