Large spacious rooms, located close to Narita. We had to take a morning flight to Okinawa and this was a great hotel for the location and value. They also provided very early morning shuttles to the airport.

The hotel was very good. A very large and comfortable bed. The bathroom was huge compared to most Japanese hotels. A lovely choice of breakfast The staff at the hotel are totally helpful and any thing you need is attended to at once. The shuttle bus was on time and a speedy transit to the airport.

This was my second stay here. This time stayed here for one night as we had an early flight out of Narita Airport. Frequent and free bus between all 3 airport terminals and the hotel. Check in was smooth and they offer to transport your bags to your room for you which was nice. We stayed in a Twin Share room in the annex which was spacious, clean and quiet. Enjoyed the bar and food on the top floor, cool view of all the flights coming and going at night. There are also cafes/restaurants on the ground floor as well as a 24hr Lawson convenience store which was very handy for a quick breakfast before our flight (be warned there is nothing open at Narita Airport Terminal 1 before 8am so the Lawsons at the hotel was a godsend). Room was a little dated but it was clean and comfortable, not much more needed. Would highly recommend if you need a place to sleep before an early flight or after arriving late!
