Location is everything - just 2 min walking distance from Times Square. Rooms are kept clean although a little dated however the staff is friendly and quite helpful. Also, we loved breakfast - great service and decent selection of food. Overall, great stay.

It’s not at the same quality standard you would come to expect of a Westin property compared to other Wesrin properties. This one was a little rough - peeling wall paper, dirty shower curtain, had to ask for a hairdryer and robe. No special touches. it felt like a step down from other Westin properties.

The hotel is attractive in its lobby. The rooms could use some updating. Bathroom floor should be replaced. Shower is very nice. When we arrived the safe was broken and it took all day to repair. I could not leave our valuables. The hotel would not store them so we had to carry them wit us in NYC at night. The toilet needed repair and when I went to use the workout room the key swipe was broken so I had to run outside. There is a $35 per day resort fee plus tax added per day. On the positive side it is in a very convenient location to dining and theaters.
