Herewith, we would like to clarify regarding your comments based on the real facts and evidence that occurred during your stay with us. Our excellent team always ensure to set-up the freshest of fruit picked daily from the plantation and ensure that it is well-sanitised and cleaned to be served to our guests. Our team with attention to details have ensured with great care that there were no bugs or insects around your welcome fruit. As for the fruit itself, the tropical Snake Fruit or its Latin name 'Salacca Zalacca' is a fruit that grows in the clusters at the base of palm and they are locally called as 'Salak' because of its reddish-brown scaly skin. Salak has a sweet and light sour taste, crispy and crunchy texture. It consists of nutrition just like Protein, Vitamin C, Dietary Fibre, Iron, Calcium, Phosphorus, Carbohydrates which are great for overall health and lots of Beta-Carotene which is a powerful antioxidant that works well to prevent cardiovascular disease, strokes, and even cancer. Last but not the least, regarding your luggage which you kept with us upon departure, for safety and security reasons we do not allow any other people who is not the owner of the item to take your belongings without consent. We have cross-checked with Ms. Osin ( Nusa Dua Pizza Staff ) regarding your luggage request and Ms. Osin confirmed that she only asked “Is there any guest items left in the car? “and Ms. Osin never asked for the car to drop your luggage to Nusa Dua Pizza. She admitted it is her mistake, she could not deliver the message properly and We did not receive any request from Nusa Dua Pizza to send your luggage to Nusa Dua Pizza. Due to you had treatment at outside Spa, we checked directly to the Spa and asked the staff from Spa to bring the item to Nusa Dua Pizza but as per the staff there was nothing left at the car and we tried to call Ms. Osin to make sure about nothing left in the car. When you arrived at Awarta by taxi and asked for your luggage our Butler gave your luggage directly to you as requested.
