Great service staff
The service was excellent. The service staff was friendly and accomodating. However the interior of room is dated. Some overhaul would be good. There were termites eggs on some of the furnitures.

Highly Recommended
Our stay there was very relax. We love the villa alot, as its very peaceful and quiet. The staff there was very polite too as they will always greet us when they see us and we were very impressed that they could speak good english. We also booked a scooter through the hotel and it was very affordable and convenient. would love to go back again!

Really liked the villa itself. The villa was clean and the bed was comfy. Good value. However some items like bedside table and bathroom tiles are damaged. Staff are lovely...they do ask a lot of questions however. Food in restaurant was average, we ordered indian food. Maybe wont do that again in a non indian country. Overall a really pleasant stay. Be warned there’s more mosquitoes here than in other places we stayed in Bali!

We stayed for two weeks at Tanadewa and Tanadewa's team made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Many beaches can be reached after a relatively short drive and there is free beach shuttle offered to Nusa Dua Beach. Spa offerings are really great and food is at least on par with european/western restaurants. Big thank you to the whole team and Satria, who helped us with a little medical emergency! :)

The villa is well equipped with everything you need on holidays, the staff was friendly and tried to accommodate my every request, including booking tours, taxis, breakfasts, etc. The atmosphere is lovely, not crowded at all, I met other guests only at the restaurant. In general the breakfast was of a good quality. However, if you plan to stay there more than 3-4 day you might get bored as the options a-la carte are rather limited and there is no buffet breakfast available. Also, some hotel amenities and equipment are out-of date like the gym and require some renovation. Finally, since each villa has its own small garden and swimming pool you should be ready to meet with different animals, such as frogs and geckos as probably everywhere in Bali.

一部屋づつに小さなプールがあるゴージャスな二階建てビラ プールは一階部分のため眺望はなく日が当たらないのは残念(ベッドルーム二階) 場所もジンバランからヌサドゥアに抜ける大通りから少し入ったところだが、中間地点なので何もなく、観光メインではちょっと不便(タクシーは頼めばすぐ来た) 初バリの人にはクタビーチなどの方が便利で楽しいかもしれない

Nice hotel but not very clean
Hotel was nice and each room has its private pool. Bed was also very comfortable. However the cleanliness was very disappointing. I found a dead cockroach on the table next to my bed. The toilet bowl seat was yellowish and dirty. There were a lot of water and soap stains on the mirror and the surrounding of the sink. The floor was also very dusty. My feet were all full of dust after making a round in the room

Hotel staff and accomodation were absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to have a private and relaxing stay away from the fast pace of Kuta. Only a short distance to head out on the town or a more slow pace in Bali collection. Two thumbs up.

Spent two night here during our honeymoon. We stayed in room 12 with had a lot of natural light. The room display was fantastic on our arrival with fruit platter and cake. The food was at the hotel was lovely. You aren't near a beach but with the shuttle bus they offer it is only a 5-10 minute drive depending on traffic. If you are looking to spend a couple of nights and want your own privacy i would definitely recommend staying here.

Super fint hotel - rent og pænt. Medarbejderne var virkelig hjælpsomme og kom selv og tændte vores udelys om aften og sådan - de bankede selvfølgelig på først. Beliggenheden er også ok, vil dog anbefale at tage en taxi, hvilket personalet gerne hjælper med. Det eneste minus for os var at der ikke var noget sol i vores pool overhovedet.

Language barrier is a bit of a let down. The food was well presented but my tuna was not medium rare, but really well done and they ran out of the two different deserts we ordered (we were the only people dining in the whole place)

Poor maintenance of room facilities
Stayed 2 days at Tanadewa. It’s a pity that we cannot enjoy room facilites as the jacuzzi was leak and water from shower room flooded to the room. The wooden floor absorb the water and become very wet and splash water everytime I stepped the floor. We asked for room change, but the bew room was poor as well, strong ammoniac odor of toilet, broken jacuzzi headrest, broken plug of tap/shower converter. The only good thing is the breakfast was very tasty.

朝ごはんは美味しい
こちらで5泊しました。 タクシーで10分ほど行くと、バリコレクションという、モールがあるので便利です。 毎日ロブスターを食べました。 総合的には良かったのですが、下の階にあるプールは、ほぼ常に影なので寒かったです。 シャワーの勢いは弱いですね。。 朝からお経など流れている日もありましたが 比較的静かで良かったです。 スミニャックより、静かだと思います。

Norwegian vacation in Bali 2017
This Place was very nice and kozy especially for couples! And it only seemed to be couples there as well. A really great room and elegant. We used the private pool a lot, and also we used the boble bath. We stayed 3 Nights. The staff was very friendly, but they were very often empty for Things on the meny. The balinese Food was nice, pizza and pasta also but not the tender loin. ( not good at all) They were empty for big bears, the chefs pizza, strawberry milkshake, coke and the dinner took some time. But the Place was really nice and the view was great from the restaurant. The saff was helpful even though rude and unpolite guests. The spa was ok, a little hard in the beginning. One negative thing was that there was no Place to get sun, lay on sunbeds, but they drove to the Beach for free in a nice car. And the bed was really good and the rest of the villa!

Nice hotel in a backstreet
Excellent room, poor facilities. Poor standard of English amongst staff. Restaurant a joke, don't bother for anything other than breakfast. £157 per night in the wet season - and that didn't include breakfast! No thanks!

Dear Jeff, Regret to hear your experience during your stay. As we are not close to the beach, therefore we provide shuttle bus and our personal butler can help you for your need during your stay. I will check language issue with our HR since we already have English certificate for staff. Regarding our rate, we have Breakfast included which is $10 more than Room Only for your choice. I do hope you could give us second chance.

프라이버시가 지켜지는 아늑하고 편안한 공간
호텔에 3번 째 숙박하였습니다. 다른 것은 몰라도 시설만큼은 아늑하고 최고라고 생각합니다. 위치가 조금 애매하지만(응우라이공항에서는 바이패스를 타면 금방임), 일단 첵크인하면 굉장히 아늑하고 편합니다. 풀장도 프라이버시로 매우 좋으며, 여유를 만끽할 수 있습니다. 조식도 깔끔하며, 인근의 비치, 몰까지 무료로 버스가 매시간 운행되어서 편하고요. 잘 이용하시면 바다도 만끽할 수 있습니다. 아무튼 강추입니다!!

毎朝5:50～6:00まで、尺八のような伝統楽器の音色が響き渡ります。 それほどの大音響ではないですが。 6:00から7分くらいはお経？も加わります… それ以外、シャワーの水圧が弱いくらいで、ほぼ完璧なくらい快適です！

It's a little out of the way.....we hired scooters so not so bad Relaxing place to return to after exploring all day

ホテルライフを楽しめるホテル
60％オフで予約したせいか、道路に近い一番悪い部屋だったが、高台のほうのよい部屋であれば、もっとよい景観が楽しめたと思う。しかし、ホテルの施設がよく、メゾネットタイプで2部屋あり（下の階に小さなプライベートプールとキッチンあり）、プライバシーが守られた構造になっていて、リラックスしたホテルライフを楽しめた。

Nice villa but unpleasant experience with staff
My partner and I stayed in Tanadewa for two nights in July. It is a nice, private and clean place but in a remote location. Both of us were happy with the hotel facilities. However I don't think we would go back again due to the terrible experience with the hotel staff. During our stay, we asked the front desk to arrange a day tour with a private driver for us. A male staff showed us a price list, which was 600,000 rupiahs for 10 hours' trip inclusive according to him. We agreed with that price and confirmed we would depart at 11am the next day. However just 1 hour before the departure time, the same staff rang us and said the price is 726,000 rupiahs instead of 600,000 rupiahs, as there is service fees and tax, which was totally contradicted to what he told us previously (not on the price list either). We weren't happy with that, it was rip off apparently, but we were in a very tight schedule, and didn't have time to find another driver on-line, so we decided to go with him (and of course that male staff became our driver for that day!). During the trip, as he is only a hotel staff not a professional tour guide, he couldn't give us any tourism information, and also because of his limited English, it was difficult to communicate efficiently. At the end of the trip, we paid that price he asked for, but never actually got given any receipt. It would be really interesting to know if the hotel actually received our payment or went into his pocket.
