My husband and I stayed here for one night before an early morning flight from Oakland. The hotel was clean but run down and in need of an update. Ample parking in a fenced-in lot but $20 per night to use it. The wifi did not work. The on-site restaurant was out of 3 or 4 items on their already limited menu, though the wait staff were pleasant. Front desk staff were more concerned about signing us up for the rewards program than telling us where the amenities (elevator, fitness room, etc.) were located or explaining parking procedures. It was fine, but I wouldn't stay again.

Only stayed for one fast night to catch flight but room was beautiful and check in was easy. very helpful with catching very early flight

First of all, I was not told that I had to pay $20 for parking, which is ridiculous when you’re staying at a hotel specially next to the airport. It’s not like it was downtown and there was limited parking just another way to charge fees no signs leading to the elevator, except right next to the elevator.

The only complaints I have would be the penmanship of the night clerk making the room number somewhat indeciferable on the key card folder entailing a trip back to the front desk at 12:30 in the morning, not fun after a 9 hour plane ride. And then neither key card worked, entailing another trip to the desk to correct that issue. Great beyond those items.

It was nice. The pillows were cheap, but everything was clean and the staff were friendly. We had been a little confused because we were charged 100 dollars for a deposit by the hotel, but also an additional 100 dollars from Expedia, which the staff didn’t help us with and only told us to contact them. I wish they helped a little!

The hotel itself was nice, clean and the staff was great. The surrounding area was not walkable due to it being unsafe. Not a lot of places to dine outside the hotel, with many establishments closing due to theft. Even fast food places don't allow dining in the restaurant, only drive-thru.

The staff were wonderful and made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. The hotel was also clean, but there was a strong cigarette odour throughout the halls and in our room. If that hadn’t been there, our stay would have been 10/10.

Our room faced the BART tracks and every 15 minutes all we heard was loud clanking from the BART. Other than that, it was a great stay. Clean, nice hotel, friendly staff, modern, close to the A’s stadium, and although in a terrible location, it felt safe

I had to be moved from a balcony room to a non do to me complaining about a dry spit on the wall. Like it made me feel like the room wasn’t clean like it should because it was a lugie and dry. When I told the housekeeper she said I don’t speak English. My car wasn’t broken in to because the security does rounds. The new room was okay for a one night event.

Hotel was extremely dirty. So dirty that I could not stay one night in this hotel and I had to find another hotel. I was really inconvenienced.
