I loved the giant shower and the sparkling clean room. The breakfast was excellent. Nicest hotel I have stayed in for many years!

Hotel is old and outdated. No refrigerator or microwave in any of the rooms. They advertise a 2 queen size beds, but it’s really 2 full-size beds. Ants all over the bathroom.

We checked in on a thursday, there was not water. We could not take hot showers and were told to boil water, we did not have a mircrowave in the or room. We received 3 bottles of water for all of us. When we asked about the pool, we were told that has been closed for a long time now. We were not informed on wednesday prior to checking in that we would not have water, pool or hot water. This stay was horrible and I will not be going back there again.

The room was great, but the pillows too soft, and there wasn't a fridge! Not their fault, but there was boil water order due to a car accident, this made it uncomfortable to drink, brush your teeth. they gave us bottle water at check in and letter said 3 bottles in our room for drinking and brushing teeth. Not so no water in our room we had brought our own water so we were okay. But they should have made sure that water was in our room

This isn’t my first stay at this property every time I travel down to Orlando I stay here. The outside property is well kept, my stay was amazing, the staff was friendly and respectful. My room was wonderful everything was well stocked and even though I didn’t stay long enough for a full service in my room I was still accommodated with fresh linens, trash change, etc. I will most definitely return

When we checked in there were no king beds at the rate I booked so they put us in an ADA king room without asking us, which was unacceptable. They quickly changed us to another king room but this made us 40 minutes late to an event that evening. They should have just put us in the room we ended up in to begin with.

While the room was clean, the showers were quite gross. Green build up on the shower head and build up on the shower walls. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The accessible room was NOT accessible. The shower didn’t have a seat(but they did bring us one, which was nice) the doors would not allow the wheelchair to pass. I hope the inspector Doesn’t come check your rooms. Also, the bathroom was too slippery for crutches. Our air conditioner didn’t work, it had a very large sound when it shut off, the compressor needs to be fixed and the super said he couldn’t do anything about it!!!?? Horrible

Not worth the price
We were pretty disappointed in the overall cleanliness of our hotel room--especially for the price paid. The carpet had some stains and there was a couple spots of mold in the bathroom. The WiFi was poor as well, we kept having to relog on as it would kick us off frequently. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Good hotel and loved the cookies on the way in. Somewhat lack luster shower and no free breakfast makes it a hard sell at the price I paid. Bar setup is great and parking is very spacious if you’re traveling with a trailer.

The hotels very close to Ucf which is convenient for parents wanting to visit. Wall paper, flooring and furnishings all appeared dated . Hot water in shower wasn’t consistently hot/warm. Hot water would turn cold for a few seconds and then back to hot all throughout the 10 minute shower. Staff was very friendly. Would probably stay again but not at the price we paid this weekend.
