Excellent service I want to focus on the attention, service and quality of the staff who work in the Cafeteria. Ms. Elene and her partner provide excellent service. I spent almost an hour and a half analyzing their work schedule... because I had to wait for my son while he went down to breakfast... It's a shame that every time they left their kitchen area to place their food, they came out sweaty...

Room was clean, unfortunately breakfast was a disaster. I have never seen so many people lined up to get waffles and toast bagels. It was very crowded and the food choices weren’t much.

The property is out of date and in need of some TLC. The elevator shakes and the door is not secured properly. The room was a decent size but in could be better. Convenient to Icon Park, restaurants and other ameneties, which was great.

Great place for a small trip. Very clean, good service and close to many good restaurants and cool places within walking distance. The breakfast wasn't the best but they do got a lot of options. Would definitely come back though.

Clean and spacious. Lots good dining options nearby. Great breakfast change slightly daily and free coffee and tea all day. Would be better if breakfast is not paper plate, plastic forks & cups for environmental and feels like cheap fast food. Plenty space to park but maybe it’s not peak season.

This is the best place for the price I found in Orlando. Very clean and mantained bedroom. All is in a very good conditions. The breakfast was included and variated. The staff was nice. The area is beauty. I will back per sure.

Great location and clean room and hotel. Breakfast was very simple and always sausage no ham on the days I stayed. The room they first gave us was by the elevator and was extremely noisy, we had noice all night long. In addition the A/C unit didn't work. We complained and they gave us another room which it was a lot better. The bathtub had mold and kept the water stuck all the time, but other than that was fine. Staff was average, not friendly, not mean.

Clean rooms. Nice breakfast and pool area. Beds were comfortable. Only downside was that the bathrooms do not have locking doors, only a sliding door that doesn't fully shut.

Location convenient. A/C at the restaurant for breakfast was not working it was very hot and uncomfortable at the point we where sweating both days. Bathroom door did not close while other family members in room. A pink mold on shower head, and wall joints. Cleaning staff need to be more detail oriented.
