This hotel was perfect for our family. This was the second time we have stayed here and will definitely stay again. We loved all of the amenities.This location was very convenient for us. It was very close to everything we needed. Didn't like the resort fee, mostly because we were charged after prepaying for our stay. Even with the additional cost it was still pretty reasonable. The showers were typical hotel showers, you never know what you're going to get. Our two showers where total opposites. All in all we have a great stay.

This is a great place to stay! The facilities are clean, well manicured grounds, the staff is super friendly and extremely helpful! Our room had new Samsung stainless appliances, 3 great Samsung TV's. The only thing needed to absolutely perfect would be to upgrade the faucets and fixtures. We will be coming back for sure!!!

This is a fabulous place to stay! We will definitely be back. It was clean, spacious, had a full kitchen, was well stocked with dishes, and had laundry facilities - that was amazing to have, instead of having to put out $20 for every laundry day!! Close to lots of shopping and eating places. Staff was friendly and kind.

Liked the property overall. Good location. Plenty of room. Only real negative is the 2nd bedroom with twin beds was warm at night. Suggested to the staff that adding a ceiling fan to the room would probably correct this problem. Also suggested that the pull-out couch in living room should have sheets on it.

This is our go to place when it’s available and when the price is right (well, decent and not too crazy high) and it is always great at this particular place! It’s the easiest access to everything and everywhere we go, great pool, great fitness room, great staff, very nice rooms, etc .. we’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect! I have no complaints! The condo was set up nicely, it was so clean and I had everything I needed to cook! The balcony was so pretty and it was screened it. I spent so much time out there and I loved it! The pool was so nice and beautiful! My daughter made some friends down there and they have a nice bar and some daily activities. The check in process was so easy and they bought me anything I asked for in a timely manner! I will definitely be back! I highly recommend. :)

Coming here for three years in a row for my son’s cheerleading competition great facilities always kept clean newly painted right outside the ESPN Animal Kingdom walking to restaurants overall a great little place to stay

Second time staying, solo traveller, 6 days. Chose because of great experience previous time. Same size suite, different layout than last time. Lighter colors and walls made it seem brighter than previous. One little downside was the random appearances of these teeny tiny bugs in the kitchen. Found them in a coffee cup, in cupboard, and on the counter. It was random enough that i didnt call the front desk, but often enough to be annoying.

First time staying. Three adults, just shy of 3 weeks over Christmas. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a broken tv and poor water pressure. Used the text feature amd someone was there to fix very quickly! Loved the space! The unit was a little dark and the jungle cat, wicker, and mirrors decor a little dated. But the suite was clean and spacious...3 separate sleeping spaces (incl pull out sofa), insuite washer & dryer, full size fridge, and TWO bathrooms!

We were down there for medical reasons at Adventhealth for my husband to have surgery. It was right across the road from the Hospital entrance. The front desk was very helpful in making our stay a pleasant one under the circumstance. Highly recommend them and will stay there again for when we go for medical check ups

The condo was perfect! Very clean, spacious and the grounds were well maintained. Pool was heated. Had everything we needed. New kitchen appliances, new sofa and a very big flat screen TV. The staff were very friendly. It was quiet and a perfect location for shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Couldn’t ask for anything better! Loved it!
