Concierge staff were friendly, gentleman who drove the bus was excellent.
Review is 2/5 overall due to poor resolution on noise issues. Neighboring room was playing loud bass music into the evening. It took multiple phone calls and one security check before we had to ask for a room change.
They were unwilling to move us to a room quickly because all open rooms were renting at a slightly higher rate than ours even when I said weād pay the difference. So we sat in the lobby waiting for a cheaper room to open.
Rooms themselves were fine, but the experience overall was not. At checkout when asked how our stay was I mentioned this frustration and they did not seem to care. Further they asked if we wanted to signup for the reward program.
The bus driver overheard this and out of nowhere provided us food credit to our account. He went beyond our expectations as we just wanted to be heard.
I donāt write poor reviews but I found it important this time given the experience.
