The room was in disrepair and missing items. There was coffee and sugar but no coffee maker. The door was hard to open/shut as well as the room safe didn't work. There were other issues but don't need to get into them. Just lets say I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

First off - I only booked for a one night stay because I was at Disney all day and did not want to drive back to Clearwater late at night. Terrible front desk night clerk - rude and nasty. Property looks run down and the front desk behind a small fiberglass window in a tiny office looks like a prison and felt like one too. I had to wait 20 minutes behind these two underage kids who booked a room for 2 hour stay, can you imagine staying at one of these kinds of places. When I finally get to the front clerk, he very rudely ask for more deposit from me, when I had already booked and paid. I refused to pay more so he literally threw my drivers license under the prison fiberglass window. When I told him don't treat guest that way, he said "blah,blah, blah as if he could care less. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. BUYER BEWARE; YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Drive all the way From west Palm and needed a place to stay for the night booked online bathroom was not sanitized . Roach crawling through the bathroom and The Room is not sprayed on can still smell Smoke through the room . Would not Recommend and yet still they wouldn’t refund my night I didn’t even stayed at .

Super 8, is a safe, humble and well maintained by the staff. All the employees were very nice, attentive and helpful. Any situation I had was resolved immediately by them. If I happened to be in need of their services, I will not hesitate to go back there. Thank you Super 8 staff.

There was a roach I had to kill in the room, and when i brought it up to management, they told me I brought it in! Also, they came into our room multiple times without consent while we were in the bed trying to sleep. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND PISSED OFF.

We were unable to stay at this property due to us not being able to get hold of anyone to speak to about check-in. We even tried telephoning and emailing but received no response and so had to book an alternative hotel last minute at our cost.

Terrible , manténganse alejado de este lugar , completamente sucio con un olor nauseabundo en las habitaciones , y lo Peor de todo gente fumando y consumiendo drogas en sus instalaciones .

I don't like nothing about Wyndham. In our first sight we feel unsafe, the doors are stuck. We couldn't even open it and we asked for refund. They didn't give us any partial payment that we made. Their spaces were under renovations. Bref, that's false advertising and marketing for their establishment. I would like to get some of my money since i didn't even spend one nights.

The place is close to Universal Studios. Don't expect anything more than a space to sleep. It needs a bathroom renovation.

Property was dirty. Everything was broken, TV, microwave, lamps, and the furniture was old and broken. They wouldn't even move my room when I clearly saw other rooms available, I said I didn't mind waiting for another room to be cleaned and the attendant said nothing else was available, which was a lie because the housekeeping cleaning rooms next to mine said they were available.

NO,NO,NO,YOU DON'T HEED MY WARNING ITS ON YOU!!!
Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. Actually had a cockroach in the microwave, the photo was the replacement microwave they gave us, yes that's rust and dried food. Ants would show up in the sink every couple hours and were congregating around holes in bathroom door frame and around air conditioner. It was just my girlfriend and I but everyday we had to ask for an extra washcloth since we would only receive 2 towels (always different colors) and 1 washcloth and never got a floor towel. The refrigerator froze our food and had to be turned off completely to keep food cold for our last two days. Oh, and no phone! Unfortunately we couldn't change rooms for fear that they could be worse and couldn't change hotels because we wouldn't receive refund for 7-10 days and didn't budget for a hotel swap. I beg anyone who reads this to HEED MY WARNING. If you chose to not listen than do yourself a favor and use cash for the security deposit as I felt with all my complaints that I wouldn't receive refund on my card but they have to pay back cash at checkout. Also at time of booking they offered continental breakfast that at check-in I was told it was only for the hotel workers.

Skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell, var helt ok 2017 men nu var det nästan fallfärdigt, tagit bort frukost mm, fick byta rum iom insekter och dåligt städat mm.

Excelente custo x beneficio. Micro-ondas, geladeira e internet funcionando perfeitamente. Cama boa com lençóis limpos. Pelo preço, releve uma cadeira quebrada, uma boa pintura e reforma das paredes dos banheiros, maquina de gelo quebrada,etc. Boa pedida para quem quer economizar sem abrir mão do básico.

En general la estancia estuvo bien. Algunas partes del mobiliario ya no está en óptimas condiciones aunque todo funciona bien. El hotel facilita todo lo necesario y más, como una caja de seguridad, plancha, cafetera, frigobar y horno de microondas. La ubicación a mí me pareció formidable por los outlets y parques. El personal atento, sin embargo no me pareció que hicieran limpieza todos los días, se notaba en el piso del baño y el lavabo.

The front of the motel was under construction.( no mention of that when booking, beautiful picture of the property attached at the time of booking) Main lobby had a cone in front and sign to use other door which was a tiny room with like bulletproof window to hand your id and credit card.. gross.. felt like you checked in some run down getto property. Inside the room was caulked all around so not to fall a part. 2 small towels were present for your needs. Really??? Not to provide full set of towels? Will not book it again and don’t recommend to any other staying with family

La propiedad es super accesible, aire acondicionado y agua caliente super bueno al igual que el estacionamiento. La persona a cargo de la limpieza de la habitación fue muy atenta y amable. Lo que me incomodó fue que en el baño por las noches aparecían pequeñas cucarachas. Con una buena fumigación, se resuelve.

Terrible.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Front desk attendant was rude, when we originally checked into our room, the door would not lock, and the low battery fire alarm was going off. When we asked to change rooms, attendant seemed annoyed. When he finally gave us a second room, there were roaches and mold all over the room. We immediately checked out and left. Never again will I stay in a super 8 after this experiencel.

Es un Hotel tipo Motel, me quedé en el primer nivel y el auto estaba justo en la puerta de la habitación, por el precio entiendo q esta bien, no es un hotel 5 estrellas, solo lo usamos para dormir, durante el dia estábamos en los parques. Tiene nevera, microondas y cafetera. Las almohadas deben ser reemplazadas, un lugar muy céntrico con muchos restaurantes cercas y a solo 25 minutos a pie de Unversal Studios, creo q regresaría nuevamente.
