You have a lot of international customers and some like the eggs and bacon fully cooked. We did like the cleanliness and friendliness at the hotel.

It was my boyfriend’s and I first time traveling to Japan and we just wanted to share that this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Very helpful, communicative and attentive! The room is clean and smells so good. Everything we needed was given to us. There’s also a Family Mart right next to the hotel, just on the left of the entrance door! There’s a station underground and just on the right side as well! Transportation was easy and of course, konbini food every night haha… We’ll definitely be booking again! Thank you so much!

I asked for a quiet room but was given one facing the laundry. When I asked for changing the room, a receptionist told me no room of the same type was available. Then I had to pointed out that I had made the request at the reception in the morning before check-in. The receptionist responded that she needed to talk to the manager. Finally, I got a room right on top of the former one, exactly the same type. So, the receptionist lied.

Comfortable room. Breakfast buffet is very good with lots of selection. Nice lounge area, free tea and coffee all day for hotel guests.

The Royal Park Canvas Osaka is an excellent hotel. The rooms are clean, have good amenities and spacious. The hotel is modern with great staff. The breakfast is excellent with a good variety. It was wonderful to have a lounge area with fresh water and tea/coffee/ lattes/ matcha teas available free of charge. They also give a token for 1 free drink/ person. That's a very nice treat. The hotel is conveniently located with lots of dining/ shopping near by and very close to the metro. There's a beautiful Rose Garden a block away along the canal. I highly recommend this hotel.

Near a major subway station very convinient easy access to Nara and Kyoto, will come back here again when i visit Osaka. Hotel itself is nice they clean the room everyday. Place is well maintained, staff are really friendly and helpfull

Property was very nicely presented, amenities were kind and well received. Free drink was a nice touch and unlimited free coffee and water was very nice. Room was quite small for myself and two cases which was a shame but I made do. Bed was very nice and western pillows were given which was greatly appreciated. Room was quite dusty in places but otherwise clean. Breakfast was very nice, yoghurt fruit and seeds were my personal standouts. Be warned, transport to the hotel can be troublesome, not a fault of the hotel but it will involve a number of metro switches OR a walk through the streets of Osaka and a metro ride. I thought the hotel was ideally located otherwise, I walked into town all the time.

A really good stay in Osaka! The hotel is right by the subway station which is so convenient and also great after being out the whole day and you just want to go home and rest. Great amenities and staff were all very friendly! They also helped us with luggage transfer and their self check in/out service is so quick and easy. The rooms are small but i expected this so it wasn’t anything surprising. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in osaka!

Literally placed right next to a station, it was very convenient to go places. If a different line was needed, it was about 10 walk, still convenient. Family mart is accessible since its connected to the building. I wish there was an additional laundry room since 3 machines for 12 floors of rooms feels like too little. Additionally, having access to a microwave would be nice.

The hotel is very well located; one metro station right next door. Plenty of interesting places within walking distance. Breakfast was plenty, delicious and inexpensive. The rooms are small, which wasn’t a surprise. We would stay here again next time we come to Osaka.

If you're going to Osaka, this is the place to stay extremely close to all stations. Lots of convenience. Stores nearby, quiet, extremely walkable safe. Wonderful staff. I could not recommend it more

The staff were all excellent!!! Everyone was very friendly and always helpful. The hotel was very modern which I liked and my room as well as the facilities were all very clean and well kept. I will absolutely stay there again on my next trip to Osaka.

Loved that this hotel, decor was modern. Very nice bathroom and great shower. In fact it was a fancy shower. This was our favorite hotel during our stay. I appreciated that they had a facial mask as one of the free amenities. There were also some great conveniences such as a Lawsons next door and a subway/train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This place was great. Room was great! Lobby and free diy coffee and coffee machine was wonderful. You got a free small sake, wine or juice upon arrival from a cool little machine. They had free entertainment every night I was there. Ranging from a short film to live music and DJ. They had a chill small balcony on the 2nd floor, outside the lobby. Room had everything from large flatscreen TV to a face steamer, desk & stationary. If you're not Japanese, they had apps on their TV for you to login to your Netflix, HULU or Amazon Prime account. Very nice washroom with walk in shower. Comfy bed and nice decor in the room. Also was a great location. About a 20 minute walk to Osaka Castle and only 30 minute walk to Dontonbori entertainment district. Just next door to a 24 hours Family Mart convenient store. Highly recommend this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay here while in Osaka! It was very convenient to have a Family Mart just next to the hotel! Stations were close proximity as well!

Very convenient next to Kitahama station. Room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Love the coffee machine downstairs. Overall, happy with our stay for 3. Only gripe was that our hotel door was not shut fully one day after cleaning. Luckily all of our belongings seem to be all there. Also, the folks at the front desk won't necessarily know about the restaurants nearby, especially family friendly ones. I also learned that they are not allowed to make reservations on guests' behalf so no concierge service. The breakfast had great variety which we appreciated.

Extremely convenient with a metro station exit literally next to the entrance. Breakfast was delicious. Ambiance was subpar. I would stay here every time, hands down!
