"Such a lovely place to stay. Decor and cleanliness were great. Complimentary coffee and tea daily was a nice touch. Rides were needed to get everywhere but our hired driver was great. Sea Cat restaurant was not as good as the other restaurants down the strip but The Drop and Vos Café (on property), made up for it. "

"Overall, the staff was very pleasant and courteous. I had an enjoyable experience. The property is gorgeous. However, upon arriving, the evening supervisor, named Patricia, was very sarcastic, indifferent, and rude. She was unwilling to make accommodations for my group, which consisted of my cousin, my one-year old son, and me. She blamed Expedia for the miscommunication and did not try to fix the problem. When looking for a resort in Roatan, I specifically looked for a family-friendly resort....

"The young lady working the front desk was super! My check in was great and since my flight was cancelled that day and was not scheduled until later the next day the hotel agreed to give me a late check-out which is very much appreciated.
