Only disappointment was we would complimentary airport transfers included, we left from the port which was closer than airport & they wouldn’t honour transfer instead charging us 30 euros for a 10 min transfer. "We liked the independant rooms with exterior doors. The view was a great west looking overlook, to sse the sunset just had to cross the street and go up by the church. The included room service breakfast was great. We ate out fron on the little patio every morning. The hot tub was only so so, water was a little murky so we asked to have it changed and they did without question, but even then it seemed there was a lot of sandy debris in the tub. The cover was a little difficult to handle as well....

"Beautiful hotel with private balcony. Immaculate service. Clean and convenient (porters help with carrying bags up and down many flights of stairs. Lovely caldera and sunset views from our balcony. "It was a very pleasant stay..i cant even move on from the experience. Definetely going back to this hotel and santorini.. The hotel staffs are very helpful and informative. I had to catch a very early flight and i ask the hotel if i can had an early breakfast (5am) and they manage to do that. Soo happy! The minor complaint is only about the variety of the food (but not really a problem)."
