Overall good hotel. Clean confortable and strangely for an hotel of this size quite enough for a good night sleep. Hotel is fit for family and those who want to enjoy the pool or the beach nearby.

compact and comfortable
I am biased, as I always stay here when I visit Pattaya. Although the rooms are small, they are perfectly comfortable. I sleep very well on their choice of Mattress and pillows, linen etc. The young staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location suits me, quiet but not too far away.

Drop-off area was tight and wasn't practical. Please improve the baggage ramping. Non-Hotel Guest could easily entry from lift lobby back door, please be aware on this security issue.

Convenient and Cosy
Cosi by name and nature. Very good value for money hotel. Close to beach and waterpark. Comfortable, compact rooms. Wonderful pool area. Nice cafe, and close by minimarkets.

The drinking water is now back as part of the room setup, however, for a coffee or tee we continue to welcome our guests 24/7 to our Cafe 247 at the lobby/reception area. Nice location on Wongamat, very good price. No restaurant onsite but lots of options nearby. Hotel was very clean

Actually, the hotel by itself is real nice. The price and the hotel quality is good. however, the staff need to be advised on the service performance and service recovery. I have a terrible experience on the check in counter. They couldn’t find my booking and they try to blame it on my own fault about misspelling name. After a long while, they can find my booking and no apologies word has been spoke out from any staff. So, even how the hotel can be budget, staff quality shouldn’t be budget as a hotel concept could be. I hope you can manage on that. Thank you.

relaxed holidays in a modern world
it is a very modern and real comfy sortof youth hostel. very clean, lovely pool open into the late evening, very nice guests in that hotel young and older and many nationalities. room is small but has all equipment you would need. no balcony but no problem can go down in the comfortabel lobby airconditioned or outdoors as well as to the pool. like that you make the stay social.water soda water and hot water all time available. very modern cafeteria stocked to some good quality items, not expensive. also pleanty of shops around the hotel. walking distance to mall 21 (15 minutes) as well as to the busstops . typical thai beach around the corner. nice big samsung tv but would wish more international channels. good gym with new equipment. washing machine and dryer in the hotel also iron and iron board in one room near gym. excellent value. voucher given for each day for using in the coffee shop. the so called combo contains for example one muffin or one croissant (the almond one is the best!! plus coffee of your choice plus one yoghurt or one fresh fruit. can use voucher any time of the day until 14. 00 hours. also combo can mean one warm meal spicy or non spicy, the so called local hero, plus a milk or a coffee of your choice plus a soft drink or a fresh fruit or a yoghurt...so it is very good value and choice. also if you like no combo, you can choose anything from the coffeehop and they will deduct the amount of 100 baht.the staff is excellent

Super clean,staff were excellent,Nice swimming pool and a very relaxed chilled atmosphere.Not in the center so quieter and at 10 baht a ride in the multiple Pick up buses not a problem.. Very enjoyable..!

The place is absolutely stunning, great amenities (pool, laundry, bar, social area...) the staff is super helpful and it’s 5 min walking distance from the beach (beach with services, water sports rentals, buffet...). If you don’t mind walking It takes about 1 hr to get walking street by foot by the beach, we did it every night. It’s 20 min walk from one of the best malls and 25 min away from the night market. We rented a car and never used it.
